The rooms were in need of refurbishing. The pool was disappointing but the resort was close to the beach.

First of all, this is our personal opinion..The room has a sticky floor (the type that you don't want to walk with bare feet in the room) and has a bad smell. The atmosphere in the room is not good. This part doesn't work👎👎👎The room location in Zone B (we stayed in this zone) was completely crowded. The noise from other houses was loud but acceptable. The common swimming pool was painted instead of tiled. and is relatively small.Some beds are soft, some are hard, some have broken springs. Sit and squirm. It's called "waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" but what is considered good is the cool air conditioner 👍 Blankets here are average. But when I woke up, many people who went with me said in the same voice that my hands were sticky, my body was sticky, I was confused. I thought it was not good to wash the sheets and blankets? 😔👎.There are 1-2 employees who provide good service. The person waiting to take you from your accommodation to the beach is smiling. and lead the way to the accommodation I admire these two people.+"But" some employees seem like they don't want to work, they don't speak very well, like they don't want to answer/don't want to accept the job. This one isn't cute. And it makes customers who intend to relax feel lost and frustrated.If there was better 'improvement', 'taking care', 'attention', this place would be better. Because the view is beautiful The location has quite good space to a certain extent. Can make it better than this. But this time, I wasn't very impressed at all. Definitely won't come again 🙏

The service is terrible. Call to talk about rooms I already inquired whether the available rooms are on the sea side or not because I don't want to walk across the street. She said she was available in Zone C. I emphasized that the sea side is not the side where you have to cross the road. At first I said yes.There was no one at the contact desk. Told us to wait a moment for the employee. Had to stand and wait for almost half an hour. No one came. Called and asked where we were. I said I was in front of the contact desk, chatting back and forth. She said we were in Zone A, let's come to Zone C. Sorry, who knows which zone is where?In summary, Zone C must be driven by car. Turn to the other side that is not next to the sea. must walk across the road We informed him where he was on the sea side. He argued that he was asking for a free room, right? Didn't say that I would take a room next to the sea. We said we weren't going to take a room next to the sea. But I won't take a room that has to walk across the road. She said she was busy. It's available but the room is 300 meters from the sea. We think we have to walk across the road. At first I said not to cross. We said, how can we not walk across? The road has cars running, it's called a road. She then admitted that yes, she had to cross the road.Waste of time and a lot of feelings.

The worst service I have ever encountered. The staff are not friendly, the bathroom is bad, they can't flush the toilet. The water was turned off, the bed was hard, the room was dirty, the air conditioner remote couldn't be adjusted. The food was not delicious. Make it look like a kindergartener no comfort There wasn't enough food for the number of people. There wasn't enough to make it. We had to wait again. The rice was made like restaurant dog rice. Really bad.

The worst I've ever encountered. I've never seen anywhere this bad. Bad bathrooms, everything broken, no service at all. I don't know what words to describe what I experienced and how bad it was. I don't want to give it even a single star.

I want the sea to be cleaner. There was a lot of seaweed that came off the boat.We got a beach front room. The owner is attentive to service and knows that if there are few people who have to separate between rooms that aren't too close together, it makes it more private. There's a place to wash dishes. Thank you very much for taking care of us.The rooms are normal, overall ok.

Last night, the power went out and no technician came to take care of them, so the customers were left absorbed in Zone B. Everything was very classic. I was afraid it would be damaged. The room was very dirty. The atmosphere was good.

It is not a beach like it appears in the picture.far from the seaThere is no window in the room. It smells a lot like mold.The water pressure is weak. Hot and cold water comes out alternately.The water in the small swimming pool is dirty and polluted.The room is very dark.

The place to stay is next to a beautiful beach and stretches along the coast for 5-10 km. The water is clear, suitable for taking the family to relax. New beachfront room, clean But the room zone is a bit far from the old beach. The whole room should be renovated.

Came to reserve 4 rooms, there were mosquitoes in every room. The bathroom walls have only yellow stains, the mattress has only dust in front of the room, the air conditioner is not cool, the cabinet is not cool, the service is not as good as before, being a customer since the establishment was a shame..

Zone B, old bathroom, electrical appliances For example, TV cannot be viewed, service is poor. Before booking, there are rules for customers. But once I got the money, I didn't care about anything. Contact me to come watch TV. Said ok but didn't come and look. In the morning, say hello to me. Khan did not answer. You probably think that you just paid and don't care. There are more than 10 people from other provinces. If you feel bad, please don't go. I haven't even said a word of apology. Then the staff came to clean the room early in the morning. Even though we haven't left the hotel yet, it's so crazy.

Reserved accommodation for 2 nights and paid, but the staff asked what time to check in. What was that? Since we already paid and we arrived around 8 p.m., I asked the staff why I had to ask at what time to check in. The staff replied that the shift would leave at 8 p.m. 4 I don't know if it's the same in other places.. entering the room it's like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned, there are sand particles in the corners of the walls and there are spider webs. The air conditioner isn't cool. The remote can't be adjusted. Most importantly, the blankets are very smelly. Forgot to mention that we stayed in zone c.

Room next to the sea, I personally like it.Walk 10 steps and fall into the sea.Grilling in front of the sea view room is good.But please improve 🧹🧹🧹1 remote is already broken.2 The bathroom door fell off and had to use a finger to turn it when exiting.3 Air conditioners should be cleaned a bit because when they are turned on they are loud when sleeping.4 Room doors have only knobs, which is not enough. Must have a door latch and lock.Next time I have a chance to go again, it's OK. 👍
