The accommodation atmosphere is very good. Lovely receptionist Beaming But the weather is quite hot. The reception counter does not have air conditioning. Next to it, there are many cat cages. Cat slaves will probably like it. There is a cafe and restaurant as well. Overall good.

Beautiful surroundings next to The River Kwai.Big pool and big garden. There were 3 sunbeds by the pool (without mattress) and then benches on the other side. From the hotel is fifteen minutes walk to The Bridge over the river Kwai and 7-Eleven.Half hour walk to the Death Railway Museum and the Kanchanaburi war Cemetery.Great littleThai restaurant across the road (Meals n' Bites @ JP's)We stayed in building G which is the last building of 7 and little bit separated from the others and closer to the river. We stayed 3 nights. There are 3 floors in each building and we were on the second floor. The room was wery hot, the walls burning hot to the touch from inside in the afternoon. The aircon was old and not working so well. The bed was softer than anything I have ever slept in in my life. There are power outlets on both sides of the bed but no bedside tables so iPads, phones and everything else on the floor. And almost no place to put your clothes other than the table in front of the TV or on the top of the fridge. No chair in the room. The staircase up to the 2nd and 3rd floor have unusually high steps so I would recommend staying on the first floor if you have bad knees or big suitcase. We had ordered breakfast with the room but only went once.I thought it was buffet, but when we came we had to choose between some plates on a set menu.I chose Eggs Benedict on a slices of bread with ham. Please, please, please do NOT offer Eggs Benedict on your menu if you don't know how to make it.Just offer something else.Sent it back and got another not as bad as the first one but bad nevertheless. There were some 15-20 people also at the same time (08:30) and there was a buffet so I thought I would just eat from the buffet instead but almost everything was empty but I managed to grab two slices of toast and enough butter for one slice. And the view from my table outside the windows by the pool on the chair was a dead bird that clearly had been there for a few days.We decided not to use our breakfast option for the other two mornings.

I would like the Receptionist team to be more calm when communicating with guests. You are the first point of contact that customers encounter and First impression always matters, especially in the service line.Shocked by the breakfast We read a lot of reviews, both good and bad. But what we encountered was bad, I repeat, very bad! Hot dishes such as miso soup, chicken porridge and cold egg fried rice You have an electric stove and the rice is in the pot. Why don't you keep the food hot all the time? This is a very simple thing. But I would like to praise the restaurant manager for his willingness to take care of the customers. The room has a beautiful view and is not soundproof (take heart). The sliding door in the bathroom is not strong. The day we went, it rained and there was water standing in front of the door, so that was fine. It didn't matter until the next day the sun came out and there was still no staff to wipe it even though the cleaning staff was clearing the room next door. It's very slippery. You have to be careful. This point is dangerous. There are 2 parking zones: park in the large lobby area or behind the building where we stay. (If there is space)Building A will smell a lot of the cat's smell because it is attached to a cage/view of some trees/river.Building B, view of some trees and view of the breakfast room below.Building C-D-E has the clearest view of the river.Building F has a partial view of the river because the buildings are overlapping.Building G river frontAll in all, the thing that helps change our mood and make us feel better are the cute cats, especially little Salmon.

Available rooms There is a very strong bathroom smell. I informed and the staff came to check, rub, and then put out a spray to deodorize. In the end it didn't go away. Came again to have the technician come and make fresh grout for the toilet. There is no room to change. So they gave each person a free cafe coupon. But you have to leave the room for the technician to work. Really should check the room before letting it out to guests. But I'm here to travel so I don't want too much trouble.

Soft mattress, good tissue paper, ok room, good view, good central area, spacious, good atmosphere, but the room doesn't have an elevator. For the elderly, it is recommended to stay on the ground floor. If you're carrying a lot of stuff and have bags to drag around, I recommend going downstairs.

I stayed at the the Zeit Hotel for 3 days. The hotel was nice as described in angoda and the staff including Khun Yata and Gib were very helpful. I would heartily recommend the hotel.
