The mattress was not as clean as it should have been..the pillows were not good..there was no coffee or hot water pot in the room and had to go to the provided pavilion.

The rooms have no-smoking signs.But the door opened The smell of cigarettes permeated the entire floor.Entering the room, the floor was wet and I was confused.I went to report it and they said it was wet from the old person turning on the air conditioner.Okay, that's okay. Come back in. It's starting to stink.I thought it was the smell of shoes. When I smelled it, it didn't smell bad.So I rubbed the wet floor with my fingers and concluded that the floor smelled so musty that it hurt my nose.You can have your girlfriend notify you and ask to change rooms and add money.They said that if you want to change rooms you have to check in again.My boyfriend came back and told us so we called.There was a woman who checked in to see.He entered the room and said, "It smells really bad. What's the smell?"We said the floor smelled bad. Please take my hand and touch it.He was shocked and asked, "Did we just put our hands on it?"Oh... so we said we'd leave. Are you responsible for anything?He couldn't tell. We're OK with leaving. Rooms are spacious and super clean! Air-conditioning was coom and clean. Big bathroom. Service is amazing. Cleaned rooms everyday and changed soap in shower, pillowcases, blanket and sheets. Felt safe and private. Plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles. For the price it was excellent!

The picture of the room sent does not match the cover. Got a room on the 2nd floor of the building. Room c35 at a price of 1,100 baht I understood that I would get a good room as shown in the picture. In conclusion, I'm not going to sleep, throwing away money. In the picture there is another hotel at a price of 1,490.Thank you Luangchan Orchid Hotel for saving my life. Let's take a break. Very good.

Date: March 29, 2024 Time: 18.03 (male employee) told him to come in immediately. Not accepting reservations at 8:00 p.m., walked in and saw a sign that said the room was full, so we called. But the employee was emotional and said, "Why don't you come in yourself?" I can't help it, I don't come in myself (it's a woman). I want it to be improved. Employees should speak well to customers. I don't have any manners at all. Very bad. Very not okay.👎

The room is spacious and clean. Good location, easy to find food.But it will be in the 650 baht zone. There should be a kettle and coffee in the room. Because of this price, you should be able to drink coffee in the morning.
