The place is beautiful. The rooms are new and clean. There are places to take beautiful photos, you can walk to the waterfall, the atmosphere is good. I haven't tried the food personally. It's a buffet style group, so I don't know what it will be like if I order privately.

Location: In front of the entrance to Phlio Waterfall (right hand side). Building. Asian architecture (seen in Burma a lot)Overall good, quiet and private. Too little parking But you can park at the Namtok Phlio bus stop and have Rajamaitri security guards take care of you.Things that should be improved: Crab food is not fresh.The room has no refrigerator. Very few required amenities

1. The room is not clean, no refrigerator, no hair dryer. No hair covering, lots of ants, hard, flat pillows, thin blankets and ants.2. The internet is not widespread. Can't use it at all. You have to go up to use the restaurant area, which is not convenient to use.3. On the day of the stay, there was a party with music, but it was not clearly separated from the regular customers. The music was very loud until 11:00 p.m. and it was impossible to sit and work.4. The seafood is not fresh and little, not worth the price of the buffet package at all.5. Breakfast has very little food, not even fried eggs, no toast.6. Will not recommend anyone again. Whoever comes will tell you to run away first.

The first food was fresh, after the crab it wasn't fresh. The freezer came out a little late but it was acceptable. On the day of my stay there was a catering company but the speakers were turned on very loudly. Loud like entering the room Should go to a private place But the staff tried to solve the problem. The room was musty, the blankets were thin and not worth the price. The only good thing is Employees of friends who have stayed there have already said that they are not okay. I really want to move hotels. But I'm on a long holiday and there's no available accommodation at all. 😭😭 Don't dream very, very little. Very disappointed with the money It's been a while since I've come to travel and come across a hotel like this. I feel very sorry for you.

The restaurant manager speaks very badly. The food is not worthy of what is posted on the page, creating a good picture that doesn't match the cover. The crabs come out very slowly, you sit and wait for an hour and they don't come out, the shrimp come out slowly, there is little food, you pay thousands and you get hundreds to eat. Many people use the service on holidays and are not well looked after. I don't recommend it at all. If you want to eat crab, I recommend eating at small homestays that really support the villagers. It's better value than here. This place really creates a picture that doesn't match the cover. It's really a bad name for eating Chanthaburi crab.
