From the experience of having gone in with friends Overall, it's considered good. There are a lot of rules and regulations. No pets allowed. Do not cook food in the room. The very worst thing is The owner of the room is a woman who likes to go look at our room when we're not there. Without any necessary reason and have done this many times and then asked the reason why. He said he just went in to clean up and look at the neatness. Can you do this too? There is no area to dry clothes. The area next to the accommodation cannot be dried. If you walk around and dry it in the empty space on the balcony, you'll get scolded. Can't dry it because it's the area of the next room. This one is a bit bad. And when driving the motorcycle into the guest room parking lot, turn off the engine and push the motorcycle to park. saying that it was loud and disturbing other people At first, when I first moved in, I didn't see this many problems. Lately, it's started to get a bit not so good. So I decided to move out for more peace of mind. As for the deposit, it wasn't returned as promised on the first day of moving in. Plus, you still have to pay a cleaning fee of another 500 baht. If you don't give it to us, we won't take it. I don't want to be upset. If you're going to stay for a long time, I can tell you that I don't really recommend it. But if you're staying temporarily, it's okay. This is my personal opinion that I've had experience in staying there.

From the experience of staying here The female owner is not cute and the accommodation is not very ok. At first I stayed because I couldn't find a room anywhere else. So I had to stay here first and stayed for several more months. I continued to stay because I was too lazy to move things, plus I'm not very serious about these things, so I let it go, not because the accommodation was good and livable. And many times, the owner would constantly forbid this and that, even though I had never done anything that was against his regulations (I emphasize that I had never done it), and whatever he had said before, he still said. It's annoying again. But I still endured it because I thought it was okay. The thing that makes me really uncomfortable and feel like the owner has gone too far is When I left I told him and he didn't refund my insurance but made me pay more. I was very confused because the contract said that the insurance had to be returned. In the case that it is not returned, it is because the item is damaged. But I haven't done any harm. And when I asked to see the contract that I had made to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. He became angry and said to me, "Are you going to be smart? None of the others who left received insurance back. I don't see anyone having a problem. It's only me who has a problem." And he didn't let me see the contract documents. and kept on saying that it wasn't with him But I know it's him because he's the one who does the paperwork and checks in on people. His son and husband were not present when the documents were made.In the end I didn't get my insurance back. and have to pay extra I know that the insurance fee of 2500 and having to pay an additional 700 won't be a lot, but I want to say that don't be so selfish, it seems....What I encountered when I entered for the first time_The room is not clean, there is only dust._The price and room are not quite appropriate.

It's a dormitory that didn't get the security deposit back. The security deposit was 2500 baht. When I left, the owner of the dormitory still collected additional cleaning fees. But they didn't return even a single baht of the security deposit, saying that the renter didn't notify them of moving out 30 days in advance, so they didn't get the security deposit back. Whoever is coming to stay or rent, think carefully. When entering, it's nice to talk, but when leaving, it's a completely different matter. Bad!!!

owner is crazy!don't help and don't give any kind of information until you reserve the room. we were just arrived in Thailand and had no idea how to get a bus to Bankok, so we asked for wifi, but she gives the password just to costumers.so we finally reserved the room, which was ok, clean and big. after check out (11pm) she did't allowed us to stay any longer in the outside area, where there is quite nothing but a table, where we were sitting. anyway we left and came back just to pick up the baggage, then I asked to go to the toilet and she said, there are no ones (even if I've already used them... so I knew there were some), she said I have to go to the toilet at the bus station!!!! really!?!? we were just arrived from Myanmar, where every single person does simply everything possible to help you.. it was quite sad and stupid to be treated like that.

Room is ok, other is a complete disaster!!We stayed here one night and it started when we arrived. We wanted to check if there are still bus tickets available so we asked of we could use the Wi-Fi for 10 minutes but the Wi-Fi is only for guests, so we had to check in and pay before we were allowed to use the internet. The next day, after check out, we had the bus in the evening so we were sitting on the table in the outside area (not in the room) and suddenly she wanted us to leave... we are not allowed to use electricity she said. Also, she didn't allow us to use the (outside) toilet anymore and got very angry. What kind of hospitality is that? We felt absolutely not welcomed in that place and the owner is crazy, honestly!. Please avoid that guest house so you can have a more pleasant stay here in Mae Sot.
