Homeroom Bangkok serves an accommodation near to MRT Phra Ram 9. The room is clean. The check-in process is easy. The host, Gift, is informative. There is a barbecue restaurant downstairs. A bakery shop and 7-Eleven are nearby. I wish the shower room could be cleaner.

This is recently photos on Jan 2024, first we arrived though that taxi driver dropped us the wrong place is restaurant instead. The room is above restaurant.

This place has been strategically placed near metro, food stalls, and city center. The rooms are very clean and well maintained! There are also areas to hand dry your clothes if you opt to stay longer. The comfort room is also great! The only thing I could hope for would be an elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you might need to carry it all the way to your desired / booked floor.

Bad in communication, should say No Communication at all, i messaged them multiple times after booking at Agoda, they didn't even reply to my one message. I need to know if they reserve a room for us.
