This is one of my favorite places to stay in the region. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable within walking distance to just about everything. The laundry service is fast and reliable, and the workers are always ready with a good recommendation. I loved working on the balconies.

Have stayed here before and the owner is friendly. Take care of me, brother and sister, like a relative. Warm my heart.

Very nice guesthouse in a quiet yet well located area (walking distance from the main road and markets). The lady speaks little english, though she is very kind - she hadn't any bike to rent but still manage to find and lend me one freely ;) The room a super big, comfortale enough, hot shower available (though the power of the water could be better). Overall it's a great value for money, only 300thb for a single room fan/night ! :)

Stayed for a couple nights in Feb..arrival was a bit weird, as I had booked on a website with payment on arrival..when I got there the place looked deserted, with only 1 elderly lady, and she charged me 1/6 the price the booking website …

Location is incorrect on maps. Don't book online as more expensive. First time I have slept in a concrete bed. I had a fan room on ground floor. It's ok for 1 night maybe the Aircon rooms are better. …

Very basic, but as Jakob says, very local - some Thai people are staying there long term. I got a spacious room for 300, with a fan, not so good shower (it was more dropping than running down), TV (didn't watch, so I don't know if it works) and a double bed. I missed a mosquito net there and although I was told there are none, I saw plenty flying around. The lady, who runs it doesn't speak much English, but she tries to understand and she even got someone to book a taxi for me the next morning (the taxi will tell you it's a 100 Baht to the border, but bargain, I paid 40 and he didn't protest much). I would stay there again, but I'll bring my mosquito net. Internet is fast given the location close to Myanmar.

Stayed there twice. One of those heart warming experiences one can find in Thailand. The older lady that runs it doesnt speak a word english. Only "AC". A room with AC is 400 and the room I had which was a double bed, TV, ceiling Fan, own bathroom with hot water shower was 300 Baht. She offered me to go in the fridge and help myself with as much bottled water as i want and she showed me where to make coffee in the morning ..I particularly liked it cos its not on the main Mae Sot road where all the white people party and get drunk. But its within walking distance to all the good restaurants. By far Casa Mia is my favourite. So its not overrun by Farangs and therefor very quiet. The only downside is the room i stayed in (17) had bad ventilation but i just opened the door for an hour. Free high speed Wifi.I desperatly looked/asked/waited around for a Songthew Bus that went to the Burma Boarder/Friendship bridge, but no luck.. I took a Motorbike taxi for 40 Baht infront of Casa Mia.Be happy

Central location, SUPER clean rooms, friendly staff. The room is not very big but is cozy and comfortable. We had a private toilet too and the price is fair for what you get. Internet works very well and they provide towels and daily cleaning. Really nice!!!
