For a 400 a night I would personally say the hotel was mid. I’ve stayed in worst hotels with price higher than 400 but this place has everything I was looking for: a clean bed, warm shower, AC, and close distance to the airport and the bus terminal. I’ll prolly stay here if I’m back in Mae Sot👍

The mattress was hard, nothing was there. The bathroom is not flushed, musty, has cigarette butts all over the place, there are cockroaches, the hot water is broken, the staff doesn't know what to talk about. A lizard died in the air conditioner. It smells bad.

For the price of 400, it is considered expensive. Whoever has a phone or anything that needs charging, bring a long plug. There's no plug in the head of the bed, nothing, no refrigerator, no water. No breakfast Will check out at 5:00 a.m., almost 6:00 p.m., no one has looked. I called the number and didn't answer. I had work at 6:00. Now it's 5:55 and there's still no sign. There is no service at all. If you go out, the key won't be returned incorrectly again ????

Got bed bugs from that place, had to buy medecine because I'm extremely allergic plus get all my clothes washed and dried, which cost me all in all 20€. The hotel refused to refund me. Very bad service to say the least. Beware.
