The accommodation has very good and friendly customer service. New, clean roomsMy boyfriend forgot his phone and contacted the hotel to send it back within one day. He looked for public transport until the destination. He received the phone call and was very impressed. Will stay again ☺️☺️❤️

Room was cleaner than many in my 4+ months of straight Thailand travel. AC worked and younger host was friendly and communicative despite our Thai/English challenges.I opted for this location to shorten my travel time between Mae Sot and Mae Sariang. I wouldn't do this again as the accommodation is a bit over-priced (@500b) relative to Thailand but they are the only place in "town." And as of this writing, there was literally no open restaurant, street vendor or other open/available for food last evening. Fruit carts, mini-marts and some minimalist back street places that were open in the day, were closed by ^5.There are a few options (350-690b) ^30km south of here with a more functional town, apparent night market and restaurants.

The room is clean but has a bit of a musty smell.

Beds are rock hard,no hot shower as it was broken and people who work here are noisy until late night and then again in the morning.Area is nice if you have to stay here and ok if you're a cyclist as this is the halfway point between Mae Sot and Mai Sariang otherwise dont bother.

400 baht for a room with air conditioning and a refrigerator :) We lived in #1, there was no one else in the guest house. For free, if you go up the stairs, you can take water from the cooler, as well as tea and coffee.
