Kiangtawan Resort is a popular hotel in Mae Ramat District. Daily room service, cheap, economical prices, private rooms in the hundreds, close to the market and convenience stores, with convenient parking, suitable for couples staying. Or a family group The hotel may look a bit old. But there are quite a few amenities. Some rooms' air conditioners are not very cool. If you turn on the shower water at the same time, the water will flow very slowly. There isn't much breakfast. On the day I went, there was porridge, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, Ovaltine, and there was a restaurant serving food in the evening with rather high prices.

The room is spacious and the staff speaks well. Located next to Lotus Express. Breakfast tastes acceptable. There is a choice of bread and coffee. I'm not sure if there's wifi or not. Because I didn't ask. Vintage style resort Old things are secretly scary. But there are always people crowding around, so it's not as scary as you think. Lighting throughout the area, 550 baht per night is worth paying.

It's a bit of a wornout hotel, which has seen better days, however, the owner started a new extension project which is looking promising, with new rooms and service facilities. After that , they plan to upgrade the old rooms in the main building. Overall, a hotel with a lot of good Potential when it is all done. The location is great for those, who are coming down on the 105, but do not want to stay in Mae Sot and want to take the 1095 the next day. There is a good Thai Restaurant opposite the road and a Lotus store just on the road side with all the things you are expecting.

Central in this village, the room was average with less than average facilities. The door had gaps and the birds were loud. Could hear music and people talking outside. Quite expensive for what you get but there ain't much choice around there. A few restaurants nearby and a big Lotus Express

Beautiful, looking at it makes you think of the atmosphere of the past 30-40 years ago. It has a charming charm for those who yearn for the past.The room is spacious, clean, but...the water flow is a little slow.

hotel owner Don't you think about improving it??The wall paint is peeling, the bottom cornice is torn in half. The shower plug was broken. There is a very musty smell in the room.
