This is the best place to stay in Mae Sot. The staff is very kind and provided great recommendations for events and restaurants. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The property is in a new area of Mae Sot, close to cafes and a small grocery store. Highly recommend!!

Overnight here August 2018 one night 675 Baht Including breakfast.The best thing I liked about this place was that the beds are soft.Beautiful gardens, modern rooms (currently 10, with another block under construction). Very nice staff. Well located for restaurants and oddly haircuts 💈Highly recommended

Our experience was perfect! The location of the guesthouse it's very close to the center of Mae Sot yet in a quiet and green area.The service was excellent, they helped us with everything and answered the phone instantly.The rooms are amazingly decorated each one with a different topic, we stayed in room to the moon.I highly recommend this place!

Very centrally located in MaeSot but in a quiet alley. Very nice urban environment (concrete/nature). Well decorated rooms, plenty of storage space, good bedding, pleasant balcony.Very successful community project to help young people. Heartwarming welcome. Good breakfast. We recommend 100%

Stayed at the Picturebook Guesthouse for a week. Really enjoyed the quietness, since it is just far enough off of the main road to make it enjoyable. It is close enough that in a few minutes walk you can access local street food, shops, 7/11, Lotus and in 10 minutes walk to Robinson.The staff is very friendly, breakfast tasty and the overall atmosphere very pleasant for the price & good WiFi.Two critiques: 1) the ceiling fan did not work on slow speed #1, 2) I think the air conditioner filter may need to be cleaned. The unit seemed to struggle to cool the room until after the sun was down, but not a deal breaker. We are in Thailand, in the summer (March).

Excellent experience!Very well organised the rooms were clean, spacious and relaxing. They gave you water in the fridge, towels for your hands and shower towels, of course there was air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed.The place itself is aesthetic exterior and has beautiful surroundings.In the morning, you can open your curtains and order a nice breakfast at the counter with a drink while enjoying the sun.I would one hundred percent come here if I ever visited Mea Sot again.

A beautiful place in the heart of mae sot! It is very clean, everyone is ready to help you and in a dew steps you’re on a big street with lots of food and shops. The breakfast was amazing and versatile, would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely, charming and cute place to experience.Rooms are unique in their style and design, sparkling clean, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, hot water shower, plenty of little details and attentions for the pleasure of our eyes.Terrific, professional and polite, helpful Team.Garden is relaxing, very yummy coffee corner to treat yourself.Definitely the place to stay when passing by Mae Sot.Quiet, serene and all around including small eateries, convenient stores and a little market.They do have a meeting room facing the garden which is a big +

Good quality rooms with a relaxed atmosphere and great service. A quiet location and an easy walk into town. Breakfast is good and staff really helpful, even helped me get my phone back from the taxi that i left it in! Really nice sitting outside the room in the garden courtyard area. And all for a good cause.

This is a guesthouse run by a NGO, Youth connect foundation, where young teenage from Thailand and Myanmar, are trained on the job becoming a hotel operative. They have an option staying there and Child’s dream Foundation is supporting them. It is not a 5 star but the whole idea is so lovely and deserves full support. Clean and big rooms and a smile and effort from the young kids, you support a good cause and sleep at an extremely affordable price.

Picture book is a calm oasis in Mae Sot.We have stayed here many times and the young people are polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The WiFi works. Breakfast is delicious.

A small, personal guesthouse run by an NGO as an social enterprise. Included is a training center for Burmese & Thai youth where they learn live skills like vocational skills and education. All rooms are individual and filled with artwork made by the youth from the project.The guesthouse is located im the center of Mae Sot and is a good starting point to discover the town and it's surroundings. Our Room (Treetop) had aircondition, hot water shower, proper toilets (bumgun and paper) and a lot more.The Picture Book Guesthouse is way worth it's price and i can only recommend it - and if you can do something for the community here, i am even happier!

Guesthouse decorated in European style that inserts Thainess into Accommodation is a single room. The inside looks clean and nice. There is a little dust because during Covid there shouldn't be anyone staying. But the atmosphere is shady and comfortable to sleep. There should be Thai employees to take care of it as well. Being a Burmese person, I don't know much about talking.👍🏻
