The air conditioner should be improved. It's a bit noisy.. but the quietness comes in number 1. I would like to praise this one.. I stayed for 3 nights and overall it was ok.

Convenient, safe parking, there is always someone watching. Good room, good bathroom. There are two floors. I chose the upper floor. In the early evening there was a little noise from the hotel next door. But it's quiet late at night. Good bathrooms, cool air conditioning, close to places to eat. There is a grocery store in front of the accommodation. And there is a food shop across to the other side. Convenient and safe, worth the price of 450 baht for a double bed.

The rooms are clean, the owners are polite and speak well, the air conditioner is cool, there is a water heater, there is a work desk, a dining table, the price is not expensive, I recommend coming to stay in Mae Sot.
