The experience was terrible. We stayed for three days. When we checked out, they said that smoking in the room would be fined 5,000 baht. We said that we were two girls and did not smoke. The housekeeper did not notice it in the first two days. When we checked out, they said that we smoked. We quarreled for a long time. They said that the nanny smelled something wrong. Their attitude of apologizing to us was not good at all. I will never stay in this hotel again. I am speechless😓

I had a bad experience in the hotel! The way they treated the customers is not professional, surprisingly I never heard or experienced such treatment for customers which is so rude! We stayed there for three nights, and the way they do the room service is not tidy and are hesitant to change the bedsheets and towels, the worst is they went for money alot, and have a huge discrimination to Myanmar nationalities! I don’t think they will be lasting long in the business if they dont change the attitude and the way they confront the customer to fine for a penalty that they couldn’t even explain well. Tone of communication, the manner, the attitude of the manager or the girl who seemed the owner or part of management team, so bad!!!!!!! I will never go back to this hotel! Beside the location is so remote compared to other place and the rooms are way overpriced!
