The atmosphere is very beautiful. There is privacy, quietness, and according to the era. The accommodation is comfortable. The receptionist is good and speaks very well. I recommend it. If you want to really relax, it must be here only.

Disappointing.  I had seen the photos and I read the reviews on Google Maps and I thought that I had found a good place to stay for 3/4 or more days. Unfortunately I found a quite different, worse reality.  The wooden cottage (500 baht with coffee) is small, but acceptable, relatively comfortable, convenient, but I experienced a strong bothering sewage smell comes from the septic tank, all night long.The most annoying issue was the lack of professionalism of the receptionist, who evidently doesn't have the basics to carry out a job in hospitality, as she does not try to fulfill the guests' requests.When I booked by phone a kind woman told me that someone would pick me up at the van stop, but at the right time another woman told me that no one could come because I wasn't far from them (850 meters no shadow at noon with the backpack on the shoulders!)Once I got the reception I asked for a motorbike to rent, because on the phone the kind woman told me that I could use the one at the resort. The receptionist said that no motorcycle is available for rent! But 10 minutes later the motorcycle suddenly appeared, available for renting! It's pretty much weird a behavior that put the guests in worries instead of put them in a comfortable way. From where the word "hospitality" comes?They provide the rooms (double rooms, means two people) with 1 small soap, 1 small shampoo and 2 bottles of water. They maybe believe to save a lot of money not providing 2 soaps.In the morning I was left without drinking water in the room, so I asked the receptionist for some water to put in the kettle, to drink coffee, but again she told me that they provide water at check in, so now no water, unless I pay 5 baht. She thinks to save a good amount of money not providing some little water for 2 cups of coffee, probably.Obviously nobody speak English there.At night the resort fills up with large Malaysian families with dozens of children;  you can imagine how quiet the resort can be in this situation.Of course instead of staying another few days, I left after only 2 days.

The utensils are complete, including bowls, spoons, forks, knives, hangers, and a laundry basin. Very good.

Give four stars first Just came to sleep for the first night. I don't know how many nights I'll sleep. Fits next to the house. So I opened it and slept. Haven't been here in almost a decade...thank you.

Stayed at Ploen Thara Hotel for more than half a month, i.e. stayed 18 nights. I would like to say that it is a very excellent place to stay, warm, clean, safe, friendly, impressive service. Highly flexible From experience having stayed in many places. Ploentara Tak Bai Hotel is considered to be the best hotel in its class. The owner is kind and the staff are really service minded. Should receive 5 stars forever.

Good place to stay, would recommend.
