I checked in around 16:30. I tried to wash my feet, but the water pressure in the shower was too weak. I try to wash my hands, but there is only hot water coming out of the sink. It's hot and I'm trying to cool off, but the air conditioner automatically turns off every 5 minutes. The weather in Bangkok at the end of April feels close to 40 degrees. The water in the sink is estimated to be over 65 degrees and only hot water that feels hot when it touches the skin comes out. Even if you turn it to the cold water side, only hot water comes out. I tried to go down and talk to the staff, but the front desk staff left work right around 17:00. Luckily, even though it was after work hours, I asked for help from a Burmese employee sitting in the lobby. Since we couldn't communicate in both Thai and English, we had a hard time communicating in Burmese using a translator, so we came up to the room together and more than 15 minutes passed. However, the only solution was to increase the water pressure in the shower. The temperature of the water in the sink (the weather was hot so I was told to take this into account when using it) and the automatic turn off of the air conditioner were not resolved.Walking outside during the hottest season in Thailand and washing my irritated face with hot water was more uncomfortable than I imagined.Usually, in other hotels, when there is a problem, a male employee comes on board as a facility mechanic, but here there is no such employee at all, and even all other employees leave work around 17:00. After that, if any problem arises while using the room, no one will be able to receive help.Should I say that that day was lucky? Myanmar employees were resting in the lobby even after work time.I couldn't help but be shocked when I saw the filter shower. Although I have visited Thailand over 7 times, the condition of the filter shower was the worst I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. There were large and small yellow particles on the filter that were visible to the naked eye (there were a lot of them), discoloration of the filter to a very clear and dark yellow, etc. What was especially surprising was that there were a lot of particles. It's not just Thailand where the ingredients are found, but I also didn't see it during my five trips to Vietnam, which has worse infrastructure. A situation where you feel nauseous while taking a shower.I spent one night feeling very uncomfortable and uncomfortable, and I wanted to escape this uncomfortable situation for the remaining two nights, so I went to the front check-in counter staff the next morning and explained the situation. The answer I got back was that I could change rooms, but I would have to move rooms for one night each day to match the check-out times of others. Packing and unpacking is usually not a hassle. I don't like this, so I'm booking multiple nights... For travelers, time is money. Just like when you take a taxi, you pay more to take the highway to save time. These fatal inconveniences were unilateral defects on the part of the hotel that could not be confirmed when making the reservation, so I felt unfair as to why I had to bear the damage. Even after checking again, the answer was that they could not help with consecutive nights.Since I couldn't move my belongings and rooms every day, I asked them to call a mechanic. The answer was that they could call it, but they didn't know when the mechanic would come, and even if they did, they couldn't guarantee how long it would be resolved. As a result, the water temperature in the air conditioner and sink never improved. When I went to two other accommodations after checking out for three nights, these problems did not occur in any of them. Therefore, it is bullshit to say that cold water, or at least lukewarm water, is not available due to the weather.
