I came here on 21st September 2022… Hotel is near border, train station, park, 7/11 and DHL post office. Room was nice, had a lot of windows, clean, with AC, small refrigerator. Cleaning service cleaned the room every day.The first meeting was not pleasant because staff on the lobby didn't understand English.

We highly recommend this lovely hotel.We slept there for two nights, February 1 and 2, 2024, in room 503, which we loved with a large, clean and comfortable bed. We had a small fridge. The shower worked well with unlimited hot water. We paid 500 baht per night without making any reservations online which is an excellent, very economical rate which is equivalent to $18.75 CAN. There is unlimited instant coffee 24/7 at reception with biscuits.We greet the very kind gentleman who welcomed us so kindly and who speaks English very well. He brought us a thermos of hot water to the room with coffee and biscuits. The young girls who worked atthe maintenance of the rooms were all kind and smiling. The only downside is the soundproofing which is practically zero. There are always people in hotels who are noisy and disturbing and in hotels where it is not minimally soundproofed, you will have to be tolerant and bring good quality earplugs. We still slept very well despite everything.There are also 24/7 security guards and a 7 Eleven opposite. We are an 18-minute walk from the Malaysian border and the tourist information center. We liked this hotel which we recommend.We attach several photos to our review.Review written on February 3, 2024 in Su-ngai Kolok, Thailand.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is good. The restaurant in the hotel has stopped operating but the hotel is close to the restaurant so you can easily find something to eat.

The room is clean, the staff speaks nicely. The service is very good, especially the guy who hitchhiked in front of us and asked for a bathroom and took him to the place. Excellent.

The hotel is clean and the service attitude of the staff is super good👌🏻. I will definitely come back next time. I recommend everyone to stay here👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is like a train station 😄 and not only because it's close to the train station, but because there are an incredible variety of people. The hotel hall is a mess, particularly in the morning when some dubious girls lay down on the sofas, keeping for them the seats for dozen people. The management do agree with those people, probably. The next Malaysian border make this hotel crowded of travelers, so don't expect polite people, or polite behaviors by them. At least the price (500) isn't expensive. A chance for just one night. Su Ngai Kolok, as well, isn't a place to stay more than a night.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The price is moderate, and the guest rooms have been fully renovated. Although it is an old hotel, I am quite satisfied with the newly renovated guest rooms. The customer service staff all showed the proper service attitude, and overall there was nothing to fault. Will stay again next time.
