We arrived to pimpas without having a reservation. That was no problem for this nice, kind person to welcome us into his home.The rooms are clean and nice.The place is 2 mins from few water spring parks.Pimpa was kind and took care of everything we needed and more some and have made a nice breakfast for us.After leaving I found out I left something behind. Pimpa was kind enough to take the time and mail it back to me.Will come back here.

Pimpa is the sweetest guy ever! We fell in love with him♥️ He did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable. There are very cute hot springs near by and the scenery is very beautiful 🪷

Clean rooms, lovely and kind owners. The morning had a lot of variety until we were very full. Accommodation near a hot spring He has a bicycle that you can borrow to ride. and close to Kaosuk Bridge I'm very impressed. Come stay here a lot.

Mr pimpa and is hotel are by far the best we have stayed all over Thailand. Nothing is to much trouble for him he is kind and so helpful and his place is fantastic and right next to the hot spring a perfect place to relax and enjoy

a very friendly welcome from the owner, nice simple rooms, view of the mountains and the rice fields. the breakfast is awesome. it's very quiet at night which means, you need a means of transportation to go back to Mae Hong son to have a dinner after 7pm. the remote location has advantage and disadvantage. but overall this is a good place to stay. very laid back

Lovely host. He is very caring. The location can't be beaten. Amazing view over fields and the north thailand landscape. Breakfast was one of the best I head in a long time in Asia. It's a must stop if you are passing by.

This place is truly amazing.The owner is a realy nice and sweet man and happy to welcome you in his homestay.Rooms are clean and fresh and equipped with air-conditioning.In the morning he will serve a good breakfast with roti, French toast, a fried egg and coffee/tea.The vieuw in the garden is also amazing. And if you're lucky you might see some jumping chickens(definitely funny to watch)There also is a nice common area to chill and hang out for a bit.10/10.

The owner takes care of it himself. There are both rooms. and a large house for the group of pigs In the morning, there is porridge, coffee, and boiled eggs. The view behind is rice fields, quiet, not chaotic.

It's great!!The host is very welcoming and friendly 😀. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning.The view of the fields and the mountain is magnificent.It doesn't say that breakfast is included, but it seems like it! There were fresh eggs, waffle batter (super good) and coffee.I highly recommend! 😀

If I could give it more stars, I would.We arrived late at night because our rental car breaking pads broke.The next day the owners, the nicest people we have met so far helped us get it fix by bringing us to the nearest garage.On top of that, they managed to get us food delivered during our stay since we had no car plus gave us free breakfast and lent us bikes to go around….Nice rooms, cozy Guesthouse….In other words, if you are doing the Mae Hong Son round trip, do yourself a favor and book this Guesthouse without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay here. The owner is very kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving us a delicious Thai breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable, and well equipped, and the veranda has spectacular views out over the surrounding fields and is a very peaceful spot to spend the evening. If coming here on a Monday, be warned that the only restaurant in town is closed on Mondays so perhaps wise to bring something with you, if you are unable to drive to another restaurant like we were. The owner will provide plates and cutlery etc if you bring food to the homestay from elsewhere.
