The worst service, bad mouth throughout the house. Except for the Burmese subordinates who speak well and smile well and are cute. The accommodations are dirty, have lizard shit, and stink. The worst. Who will come up with a good idea? Let me tell you, it's the worst. Since we've done the tour, I've never seen anywhere this bad before. When booking, I was told that the bus could go in. When the day arrived there, we parked a mile away and the tour bus walked from the entrance. Drag your bag down the ravine and up the mountain to your accommodation. In addition, the owner of the tour bus had to sleep and watch over the bus because the tour bus could not reach all sides because it was a forest and was afraid of thieves stealing things. He brought a group of village volunteers to sing songs and eat food to socialize. In conclusion, the speakers are not good, the mix cannot be adjusted, and the sound is like crickets chirping in the holes. Plus there was no one waiting to key the song. You have to service everything yourself. There was not enough food and guests had to sit and wait because the food was gone. The food was not made enough and the people ate it unprofessionally. I'll just take the money. As for the swimming pool, the water is thick like the sea and the waves are strong. Then blame our tour guests for not washing themselves before getting off. Even though it didn't clean the pool 😅😅 Since we arrived, there was nothing impressive at all. All 55 fellow travelers all spoke in the same voice. Failing to pass this time is the first and last time 😅😅

Not developed at all The power cutout in the room often turns off. The lights in every room are very dark. Anyone who likes a dark, dark style can stay here. There are no stairs to go down to swim and take photos in the stream. The one I have is broken. If you go down the stream, you have to walk at your own risk.The cost of the buffet food is not worth what you paid. This should be improved a lot. If the customer asks for an explanation, you must say it well, speak nicely, and not make a face that makes a grimace and a crooked face at the customer. I don't know how to use spoken words. Terrible service, rooms have nothing at all. Things that a normal room should have such as a kettle, TV, coffee, wardrobe, wifi, shampoo, etc. The bathroom is not clean. The swimming pool is dirty, no chlorine is used. Breakfast is not worth it at 150 baht per person, but you get only unpalatable rice porridge, sausage and fried eggs, one plate per person, bread with no jam to spread, only sweetened condensed milk.

The service is not okay.We went to stay at Baan Dun, 4 beds, 8 people, during New Year, stayed 2 nights. The morning of our return we had to go to Similan. Breakfast opens at 7:30. We saw that the food was ready for service, so we asked for tea, coffee, and bread first around 7:00 to fill our stomachs before boarding the boat. He couldn't tell. They told me that I had to wait at 7:30 with another foreign family. Because that day there were only 2 rooms, our room and a western room. In the end, I didn't eat because I had to rush to get on the boat.It'll be in the morning. The night before, we ordered food and waited for the younger sibling who was coming to join us. But it happened to be midnight, so we put food in the refrigerator in the morning and bothered the housekeeper to warm it up. When I went to ask for help, he said that if it was warm, he would have to wash it again and have to stand and watch over the food. I said that I would like to heat it myself and clean it myself. He refused, so I asked for a bag, and he said he didn't have any, so I agreed that I couldn't eat it. We lost almost a thousand items of food because we had to rush to catch the boat to Similan.Paid 8000 baht for accommodation for 2 nights and got a service like this 😖😖 I'm really amazed now.

If you want to go, you must reserve in the app only. Because we booked through a man on tiktok who deals with white water rafting, the room charge of 1300 was much more than the price. It should go into your own pocket. I asked the room care aunt and she said my room was 1000 baht. It's like they're helping each other lie. Very bad.
