We paid 2500 baht per night for the house. We stayed for 2 nights. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The house was located in a big land area. It's nice and quiet. …

over priced for what you receive. The owner is a very sweet older lady but has no sense of privacy as she kept walking in all the time as she lives next door. She walked in on me while I was getting dressed and just stood there and just started to talk and didn't care that I wasn't dressed at all. The place is also very dirty with dead cockroaches in the shower and live one running around the kitchen and on the second night it rained and it became a river through the living room and front bedroom and when I said river I really mean it( photos attached you need to look close) There was also problems with the air conditioning as it didn't really work. When we arrived we were also told the the floors had just been cleaned which I doubt very much as they were very very dusty and we had to clean it ourselves after asking for a mop and bucket trying to hint that the floors needed cleaning but she didn't get and were just handed the mop and bucket to do it ourselves. What amazes me is that we paid almost half this price the night before and the place was clean and we had a pool as well. If you have a choice I would choose somewhere else.
