The Room is spacious, comfortable, clean, excellent window view and value for money of 900.00 THB per night excluding VAT (GST). They also provide guest with a bottle of orange juice as welcome gift after the guest completed the check in process.The room service is excellent because there are 2 packets of tea, 2 packets of coffee, 2 bottles of drinking water (500 ml each), 1 Electrical kettle, 1 pair of slippers and 1 hairdryer. There is also an empty mini fridge for storing your purchased fresh fruits or cold drinks. Some hotels don't have slippers, 2 packets of cotton bud for ears, 2 packet of shower cap and you have to bring your own. This hotel also provides everything including Hair Shampoo & Bodywash dispensers. I told the staff to cook my DIY ramen box set included 2 packets ordered from No Name Noodle BKK when I dined in over there and I recommended to book online reservations for the ramen restaurant. They did cook the 2 bowls without any payment & ate them for breakfast. The box set will expire after 3 days (fridge) & after 5 days (freezer).The location is near Sutthisan MRT Station blue line which you can go directly to Phra Rama 9 MRT Station, Phahon Yothin MRT station, Huai Khwang MRT Station & Chatuchak Park MRT Station.Overall I enjoyed the excellent stay there in Lantana resort hotel, which is cheaper than Siam Swana Hotel and Holiday Inn Express (both hotels are located near the Ratchathewi & National Stadium BTS stations respectively). The hotel is not as crowded as the Holiday Inn Express. This is my own honest experience staying in these 3 hotels. It is also better and slightly more expensive than The Atrium hotel at Ratchada 13. But this time I was very disappointed. Very bad. Normally I have stayed alone here many times. The service has always been good, so I brought my father and mother to stay with me. In conclusion, we were charged an additional 500฿ (I understand that if you stay longer you will have to pay more. But it was necessary because I picked him up from the airport and arrived at midnight. So I had to sleep for 2 hours and the staff insisted that I just have to pay.)Plus the hot water is extremely hot. If not, it's totally cold. Unable to adjust to fit, had to endure. The face towel was very rotten and smelled. The white male employee didn't speak very well. Speak curtly, without smiling or any service mind.Including requesting a late check-out, didn't get it for even a minute. Because I'm busy outside. The employee said there would be an additional charge of 100฿/hour. He answered only the money. No questions asked at all. Everything is very much gold. This is the last time. (I've stayed here before. The female staff provided very good service. The heart of the customer is more heart-warming than today.)

It's not far from the subway station, but there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. You have to walk across the overpass to find them.The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautifully designed. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.Staff service attitude is good and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights for 11,300 yen. Although it is undeniably old overall, the air conditioner works well and there is hot water. All the staff are also very nice. The beds are clean, and although the rooms are old and tired, they are well-maintained.It's near the subway station, and considering the price, I'm satisfied. I passed on the 200 baht breakfast.

A great hotel that allows you to book for a few hours. We used the 6-hour option between flights. If you see a later check-in information, it is worth calling and asking if you can arrive earlier. We managed to do so

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, but this time I was hugely disappointed: I stayed only 3 nights and has to move rooms twice, because of a malfunction!Upon arrival, the shower did not work, so they gave me another room and after the 2nd night the aircon in that new room stopped working, so they made me move rooms AGAIN! Even though I got an upgraded room, a suite, but it's only for 1 night and it's a lot of hassle.

It takes 3 minutes to walk forward from Exit 1 of MRT Sutisan Station, but the road is very bumpy and it is difficult to walk with the suitcase. One night without going through any booking website is 900 baht excluding breakfast. The room is extremely clean, so clean that the staff are all barefoot. The room is so big that you can roll on the floor. The bathtub is also very large. The TV has been fully upgraded to a smart TV that can watch YOUTUBE and NETFLIX (you need to have an account). Recommended for people who rely on MRT for transportation.The disadvantage is that the employees are very blind and will cut off the power supply in the room. My phone was not charged and my clothes were not dry. When I asked the counter, they would only put their hands together and apologize without any compensation at all. Personally, I think this is a store with great hardware but poor service.
