Really nice family run hotel. Great location with live music and restaurants nearby. Fantastic staff who are very helpful. Individual decor sets this place apart from the usual hotels. Great breakfast and a lovely jetty by the river to sit and have a gin and tonic in the evening. Edit. Stayed here again 5 years later, just as good, same family, same love put into the place, can’t recommend enough if you are looking for something different from the run of the mill chain hotel. Fantastic.

The surrounding accommodation is shady and has many trees.During the early evening, there were some mosquitoes that followed into the room. Time to open the doorRoom and lobby layout Beautiful and unique design. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is a spring. People who are overweight may not sleep well.and at night, the skylight above has no curtains. There is light from outside that interferes. Someone has difficulty sleeping. The room must be completely dark. You may need to find a blindfold to use.Breakfast, variety, good tasteThere is a seating area in front of the room where smoking is allowed. May be convenient for guests who smoke. But the smell might disturb guests who don't smoke.There is a living area next to the water. Unfortunately, the day of our stay was closed for repairs. During the day there is the sound and smell of iron oxide. The smell of cigarettes spoils the atmosphere.

Stayed here for 1 night. Friendly welcome, beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed. Excellent location, right on the river. If this hotel was in Europe, you'd be paying three times the price. Breakfast was included and was very good. Very happy we stayed and I would certainly recommend.

We stayed in this old manor which is run by very charming people. It was magnificent, the setting is magical, very clean and very well received by this Thai couple who are impeccably kind. The breakfast is very well served, we enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this place with its small garden of plants and these beautiful, very well maintained trees and well located on the edge of a small river.

A lovely hotel which seemingly was a mansion in the old days. It is beautifully decorated. There are rooms in the mansion and some rooms in the garden.The name of the hotel "Casa Short Mackerel" (ปลาทู) refers to one of the specialties of Amphawa. The family who runs the hotel went great lenghts to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They organised a rental car, ment my trousers very professionally and prepared delicious breakfast. Creative guests can make their own bag.Parking is free and on the hotel ground. Actually, there are many sightseeing locations within short distance. The province with its many canals is picturesque.It was a pity the neighbours, a restaurant, were pretty noisy.

It is a place to stay in Amphawa where we can take our dogs to stay. Impressed by the beauty of the accommodation, which is unique and unlike anywhere else. Pay attention to every detail. There are many spots to take photos. From the tiles to the trees, the rooms are clean and the materials in the rooms feel warm and not old. The owner came to welcome him himself and took care of himself and was very kind. Feels like staying at a relative's house. I'm very impressed.(Minced pork porridge is very delicious)

Caza Platuu is a wonderful small hotel which is in easy driving distance to Amphawa and Bangnoi floating markets.Thr hotel is very clean and lots of thought has gone into the decor and the rooms. Beds are comfortable and there are nice views across the river.Breakfast is very good.Try to book the cabin that is right on the river bank!

The view is very beautiful. I'm impressed. The rooms are very warm. You really won't be disappointed in choosing to stay here. Must come back to stay again when there is a chance.
