Be careful - hotel doesn’t work with OYO (oyo is kinda scam company, many hotels in Thailand have problems with them).Hotel itself is great.

They cancelled my booking!!!I made a booking and paid in full on Agoda, the hotel shortly after sent an message through Agoda asking me to download an App call "Yo!" which I obviously didn't do, why should I?Two days later, I got a phone call from Agoda customer support informing me that the resort has cancelled my booking – WHAT, WHY?After this experience I've looked at other reviews on Google Maps, and it appears that this is a recuring pattern at this property - BEWARE!!!BTW: Agoda was very professional and apologized several times for the inconvenience, highlighting that they have tried to resolve the issue directly with the hotel (I was never told what the issue was).Agoda provided a full refund and even topped up with some Agoda Cash to compensate for the inconvenience.=> 1 star rating for Nanthachart Riverview=> 5 star rating for Agoda customer service

Reserved through the app, but when I got there it was canceled by the accommodation. I feel very bad. It will not be tied to bookings made through the app. It should delete the information. It's not like I've already reserved it. Arrived at the accommodation. Come inform us of cancellation. It was already evening when we got there. Have to contact the app and notify about changing accommodations again. Come share your experience. I don't want everyone to have to go through the same situation as me.

Good room, beautiful room, but got room 13 next to the road, the sun shines back in the evening, the room is very hot, the air conditioner is not very cool. I booked through OYo for 5++ baht. Stayed for 4 nights, no breakfast, no coffee, no bread, the only rest was good, there were 2 bottles of water provided. But I like that it's next to Mae Klong Canal. At night, there's a cool breeze and it's okay to buy something to eat next to the water.

The place is nice, the only thing I don't like is that they charged extra money when you get there, my wife paid online already, but when we got there we got an EXTRA CHARGE IN CASH because of taxes, they are pretty funny I think.

Very pretty bungalows with lots of natural light, all furnishings lovingly arranged. Unfortunately our shower wasn't very hot, but maybe that was just bad luck. Nevertheless, I'm happy to give five stars because with such pretty bungalows with so much light at such a good price, a little thing doesn't matter. Thank you for the friendly accommodation 🙂

I came because I saw the price of the room in 500 baht..but when I came the price for sale was 1000 baht..because I was very tired I bought it too..I was very disappointed..too expensive..the air conditioner was not very cold either..I am not sure have been cheated or the real price.. because many people comment the price is below 500 baht.. I don't even want breakfast.. but the price is 1000 baht..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Went to stay the day before, room 6. The room is very good. Clean, good service, cool air conditioning, very comfortable mattress. Convenient parking The problem is that the shower water is not very strong.
