The value for the money was excellent at a rate of only 400 Baht for a detached house. It was fitted with a comfortable bed, a large fridge, a wardrobe, a table with 2 chairs and a kettle with some instant coffee. And there's a separate room with the kitchen sink. The cleanliness was very good, even inside the fridge. AC worked well, the bedding was good and the towels smelled pleasantly. The manager was friendly and welcoming and she speaks some English.
