Excellent place to stay. Conveniently located to BTS, it is modern, clean, well maintained with a great staff to take care of all your needs while staying in Bkk. I have stayed there on multiple visits to Bkk and compared to other condos iPremium far outdoes any other place I've stayed at. Highly recommend!!

I have visited Bkk many times, some long term and some short term and iPremium Soi 81 is the best. Conveniently located to the BTS, modern, clean and well maintained with a very friendly and helpful staff whether staying for a month or a year + one cannot go wrong by choosing iPremium!

Worst place that I used to live.People from the reception are so rude and asking money whatever we do or we don’t.The worst part is neighbors are so noisy.

I travel to Thiland every year and stay few months in iPremium. First of all, compare to other places in this area, it's much better. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and like a family. Rooms are clean and any issue is addressed quickly. Although the street is narrow and busy, but the location is close to everything especially BTS. They may need to upgrade washing machines, tuktuk, and treadmills in the gym and the WIFI is not great. Overall, it's a good place to stay. I recommend it.

This is a great place to stay for short and long term stays. I lived here with my family for almost a year before relocating to Northern Thailand. When I come back to visit Bangkok, this is a go-to accommodation for me and/or my family.It’s conveniently located near BTS On Nut, right across the road from a large 7-11, not far from 2 others, and surrounded by great local Thai food and cafes. There are multiple barber shops, salons, a massage/spa locations within walking distance. People Park (a vibrant shopping center) is walking distance, as well as several local night markets, a mall/movie theater, Tops, Lotus’s, and much more.It’s one of the best locations (On Nut area) for a melting pot of local and foreigner living. The prices for goods and services in the area are some of the best in Bangkok, especially when you consider the quality of the accommodation.On that note, iPremium is very clean. From the rooms, to the restaurant, to the facilities, and parking lot. Top notch upkeep and maintenance. The entire staff is excellent in every way. We really feel like family there.The restaurant on the ground floor of the building is incredible. Khun Dang is an absolute angel and a wonderful cook!I’ve traveled all around Bangkok and there are definitely more luxurious locations but at a much higher price. The all around value for money and experience is superb.I recommend this for long term stays, many people live there for years. If I was still in Bangkok, I’m certain I’d still be there.We stayed in a studio, a 1 bedroom, and a 2 bedroom as our family grew in size. We also hosted guests and everyone had a great experience.Best in On Nut pound-for-pound!

I had decided to go to Bangkok but did not know the area well. I chose to stay here for 2 nights until I learned the lay of the land. This was the best choice! The price was good and i used rewards. They have great food. AC works great. Bed, I have no complaint. Checkout full experience on YouTube link in profile.

I lived here for 12 months and I was very happy with it. It's a very convenient location at a good price and the rooms are nice. The BTS is within walking distance and they also provide a shuttle which is nice. They have coin operated washers and dryers on the main level and a drinking water machine as well. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially KiKi the manager who speaks very good English.

I have stayed at iPremium for more than 4 years and had a great experience living there. The environment is nice, clean and well maintained. The area is safe and they have a strong and stable wifi. The outside is nice and green, and the staff is trustworthy and really helpful. I can remember many times that I asked them for recommendations of places to go and they tried to help as much as they could. It was very convenient for me to live there because of how close it is to many places such as the convenience store, grocery stores, the bts, coffee shops, restaurants, street foods and the shopping mall. I would definitely recommend iPremium whether for a short stay or for a long stay!

I lived in one of the studio apartments that face the front of the building and personally I really like the places the building is clean. The nice lady at the restaurant in the first floor is sweet and makes cooks food. Also, management is nice and responsive. You have laundry downstairs and also another cheaper laundry place right next to the building. The 7-11 right in front of the building and the street food that opens in the afternoon are what makes staying here 100% worth the price for me at least. I wish the tuktuk service would run from 1-5pm but you can’t have it all lol also the studio apartment in fairly priced.Overall, very good and good value for the money.

Cozy quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean.They also rent out rooms for long periods of time. I lived for a month. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The manager Kiki is very friendly and helpful.On the ground floor there is an inexpensive cafe with delicious food. There is also a 7/11 and a lot of street food within walking distance. The hotel is equipped with Laundromats and dryers. There is a tuk tuk service to BTS in the morning and evening. The hotel has a small gym with treadmills and a couple of exercise machines.The hotel's location is convenient to the center, 30-40 minutes by BTS or 20-25 minutes by moped.

Hello,I have been lucky enough to choose well where to stay in Bangkok:The place is very clean, they have laundry, modern rooms, a quiet place and they respect your privacy.The workers are very friendly and efficient, especially their boss Kiky who is charming and always willing to help.The price is average, the location is good with shopping centers and places to eat or buy everyday things. It also has a restaurant and free gym. It is not far from the center of Bangkok (Asok, Nana, Siam etc.) The BTS (sky train) station is very close and they also have free transportation that takes you to the On nut station, with easy communication with the rest of Bangkok.I would recommend it to all Spanish speakers, they will feel at home.All the best.
