Good location but you can hear a lot of street noise. Aircon and facilities are fine but mattresses are quite tough, so if you’re a side sleeper expect to wake up with sore shoulders. The room was relatively clean, not much to expect from these guest houses but the price quoted in Google and what they charge are vastly different. Google states around 300-350k LAK but the actual price i paid was 450k LAK.

We paid 200,000kip for a room with 2 single beds (July 23).Behind the window we had the laundry, there was often something tapping against the shutter in the morning and during the day. Otherwise it's okay for one night.In terms of service, something happened that really displeased us. Around 11:20 we started taking bags out of the room and putting them on the front porch. We barely say hello before we are asked for the keys, we ask them for 2 seconds (the time for a very short round trip from room to entrance since we have room 6) because there are still things in the room. The lady gets up and goes into the room while our things are there, I run after her to tell her to wait but nothing happens she takes the key from the bedside table (at the back of the room) and napkins. She leaves with the keys then the man at the counter asks us for them... we tell him that she took them but he insists. She ends up coming back with the keys. I tell her again that she could have waited 2 seconds while we took our things away, that made them laugh, not me. This was a violation of privacy and a significant lack of respect for us.

Good surprise for this guesthouse (among the least expensive in Vientiane), it seems to have been recently renovated, everything is freshly painted, clean... our room, No. 21 on the ground floor is quite large, well equipped, air conditioning ., fan, fridge, no electric kettle (but there is one available at reception), room with bathroom and WC so... the beds are good (we opted for 2 single beds). .. for 250,000 kips per night = 436 Bahts = 11.30 €uros, this address is good value for money, especially as it is ideally located... a stone's throw from the Mekong, the night market and lively and picturesque neighborhoods of old Vientiane...

The room is good, clean enough, not expensive, the person who takes care of it is very good. There is a relaxing corner in front of the room. Near the night market and Starbucks. There is parking in front, very convenient.

Not bad, simple single bed with AC, but shared WC. Good price 88,000k per night. The receiptionists are nice. If someone has tight budget Saysouly is the place for you

A medium and small sized hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the water is hot. It is very close to everything. It is worth trying and its prices are reasonable. It is next to Chicken Texas and many food stalls and a night market that sells all needs and gifts. Night Street, temples and the National Museum. Everything you can reach in less than 5 minutes. The air conditioning is good, thanks to the staff

My preferred place to stay in Vientiane. Private room is okay and you get a small discount by staying 3 nights. It's also close to the riverside. Not loud in the night. They have a nice sitting outside where you can eat the delicious food from the market. Also I can put my bicycle in the room. Motorbike can park inside the building.
