The first hotel in laos....It was ... well it was something else.The room was one bed with a view outside to the other side of the mekong River. On the other side is Thailand. That was really cool.The staff was very friendly and tried everything to make our stay pleasant. They helped with luggage and opening the gate in the morning.The rooms were cleaned everyday and we had a mini refrigerator.But that was everything that was positive.The air-condition was difficult to control. And another air-condition was in "on" mode really loud.There was no elevator. Thankfully the staff helped us. Even while the construction is cool it is not ideal for carrying up the luggage.The room was cleaned but we didn't get another shower stuff. The toilett paper was close to the end and the next day we got another one but had to bring it on ourself.There was another loud sound in the toilett, when you used the light.The lights on the bed weren't good for havening a nice read or talk in bed. The lights were in the way of everything.We couldn't open any window or door to the balcony to get outside.The two nights stay was a lot for me because the hotel didn't provide a gym.So I'm now off to the next stop in laos.

Small hotel in a very good location with minimalist, clean, comfortable rooms offering a magnificent view of the Mekong unfortunately spoiled by a heavy bamboo curtain and impossible to open the window. The essential breakfast is taken next door, at the Le Khem Khong restaurant. If you use European electrical outlets, be careful because the devices do not necessarily charge, you just need to move the outlet a little for it to work or not. Be aware that if you come home late, you will find the gates closed, padlocked and no doorbell. To enter, you must step over the Khem Khong plant box then on the left the gate is open.

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms! We had a superior room and we liked it very much. The staff is willing to help with everything, arrange a taxi/tuk tuk and ensure a good price.
