The room is very messy. There are no windows so it is very humid. You can't sleep without getting drunk. The room is illuminated with psych lighting. If you like clubs, give it a try

The room is extremely bad, smells of cigarettes, musty, musty smell. Date of stay: 12 June '24. Smelly from the entrance There is only one employee. When talking, it's blurry. Please remove this accommodation from online booking. I feel sorry for the people who travel nearby. We went as a family group and were extremely disappointed. The room was very small, and it was still uncomfortable for 2 people. We went in to look at the room, we left, we were busy looking for a new place to stay. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The great thing about this hostel is quite low price which is suitable for backpackers and low budget travelers.However the room is quite small and amenities are incomplete like lack of towers and slow wifi internet.Anyway the location is in the heart of Vientiane which is close to tourist attractions.

It's a little far from the center, but there's a convenience store right in front of it, so it's very convenient.There were no problems with the room other than poor drainage, and I was satisfied with the price.Also, the staff at the front desk was very kind and pleasant, and exchanged money quickly and at a good rate.I had nothing to fear from reading other reviews, and I had a comfortable stay.

Catastrophic, mold, non-functional air conditioning, smell of mushrooms, despite 3 changes of rooms....The hotel has not been maintained for ages, the roof must no longer be waterproof, there is humidity everywhere, the walls are damp, dangerous electricity with bare wiresTo flee

Probably worst room of my stay in SEA. Rooms were gross, super strong moldy smell. Surprisingly the sheets and towels actually weren't too bad and alrightish clean. But the room was absolutely terrible, no windows either.

After checking in, I was told that the water was out, and every time I asked, it would be out at 5pm, so I had to wait a little while, and it would be back by 9pm, so it's okay! However, there was no water until morning. A giant G also appeared and I was depressed. The staff are nice and the atmosphere of the private room is not bad (though it's quite old), but the reviews are correct. You should check it properly. I was tired and didn't have the energy to move from hotel to hotel, so I went to a herbal sauna instead of taking a bath, rented a toilet at a nearby cafe, and brushed my teeth and washed my face with bottled water to get by.

Well… we have been moved room 3 times in 48 hours. During our stay was the Laos new year and this place was blasting music downstairs until 1 in the morning which isn’t what you would expect for a hotel which meant we had little to no sleep. However as we had issues with both our previous rooms the manager upgraded us for free which was lovely. During our stay the water went off more than 5 times and there was 2 major power cuts. The previous rooms were in desperate need for some TLC holes in the windows, panelling falling off the walls.

Hotels in Laos are not as nice as Thailand. More expensive, too. Advice, spend more for nicer hotels. There is no food at this hotel. The staff is friendly.

Can not recomend. Not helpfull and absolutly unfrendly... I've never seen somthing like that. I booked my room online. Payment in the app was not possible. As I arrived there, it was also not possiple to pay by card due to a technical problem of their bank So I had to pay cash. They asked me to pay in Dollars, wich i didnt had... so they calculated me a price in Laos Kip by "their own hotel exchange rate" . As i wasn't willing to accept that, they asked me to cancel the booking. That wasn't possible. So i had enough and contacted Agoda and they did the cancellation for me. Lost an hour but I'm happy i hadn't to stay there.
