Very fast check-in and check-out. Check-in is at 2 pm but the staff kindly let me check-in 3 hours in advance upon notice. My room, as well as the whole hotel, was new and clean. Despite being a little on the small side it came with everything I needed: excellent Wi-Fi, a good aircon (Daikin) a flat screen tv, a fridge, a coffee maker. In the bathroom there were towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo.The hotel is in a very good location, close to the river and to the Night Market. In the area there are a couple of mini Big C convenient stores at 120m and 150m, 2 bus stops, a bank to exchange money, ATMs and plenty of restaurants.

The location is pretty goodHowever, it is a limitation in Laos, but the bedding smells a bit.Still, I don’t want to say anything.The cleaning kids work pretty hard.I should have given you something to give you.

Pros: There are about 3 male employees who take turns staying on the first floor, and they are very friendly. We take care to ensure that there is not enough food for breakfast, and you can also rent three electric motorcycles (150,000 kip per day). It's amazing to see young children running around and cleaning up, so they are very happy when you give them candy :D The response is slow, but it works on YouTube. The water pressure is very good and the shower filter is less likely to discolor than other hotels.Cons: No elevator. I'm worried about my children because the stairs from the first floor to the basement are dangerous. There is a lot of noise in the hallway. Quiet at night. When you turn off the bathroom fan, there is a strong sewer smell.Others: I think the cheapest room is 500,000 kip. no wardrobe

The first picture is a deluxe balcony/the second is the cheapest superior double room. The pros are good remodeling facilities and the location. The cons are that I thought there was an elevator, but there isn't. They help you carry heavy luggage when you go up, but you have to take it down when you come down. I stayed in a deluxe balcony for 7 nights, but the room was bigger than I expected. It's small and there are no chairs so it's hard to eat in the room.When I took a night flight, I paid 30,000 won per night for a superior room.

The price of the room is the same for one person and two people, so it's a great hotel for two people. Anyway, it's new, clean and beautiful. The rooms are small…Unfortunately, the breakfast was poor...

I went to the lucie hotel to ask for staying one night. Hotel manager asked me to pay 750K Kip which is about 35 usd for one night. I negotiated down to 650K Kip and paid the money.However The room is totally different from the photo at Agoda. Basically when you open the room door and your bed is in front of you and there are other people’s hair in the bed and bathroom floor. In summary, he charged me the price with bigger window/balcony which is 35 USD and ask me to live the smallest room in the hotel. And the price he asked for is probably even higher than booking from Agoda. After second thought ( maybe just 5 mins apart) I decided not to live at the hotel because I felt I have been ripped off and bullied by them. However the hotel refused to refund the full amount and could only refund 50% of the money. I am not sure where the good comments and ratings are coming from. Please watch out this hotel and their manager.

The hotel is really new, everything work perfectly. Internet is fast and the breakfast is good. The staff is really friendly, helpful and are always ready to help you in everything.They also provided a free transportation to the airport.Suggested! 👍🏻

Brand new Hotel, located right in the city center, closed to restaurants massage centers, and the night market, super clean, nice breakfast and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place
