THE WORST EXPERIENCE. We arrived at the place at night and its appearance was that of a 5-star hotel as shown on the Booking page. We discovered that the hotel does not have secure parking for vehicles, it is outside the hotel. The pool is located outside the hotel next to the gym. Once in the lobby, buses arrived and arrived with hundreds of people who looked like a school's end-of-year outing. Once at reception we checked in and they gave us a room that was not ours. The finishes inside the room are not 5 stars, poorly painted, reused furniture, pipe covers out of place, electrical covers in advanced wear, taps and recycled pipes. The bed is comfortable but it has no backrest, they just attached it to the wall and drew a backrest. During the night all the guests walked through the hallways shouting in their respective languages in a disrespectful manner without regard to the rest of others. The next day we went to the “breakfast buffet” at 08:45 and everything looked like if elephants, monkeys and giraffes had breakfast, food on the floor, food containers without their lids, full of flies, food on the floor, Dirty and worn tablecloths, I asked for tea and they told me they didn't have any, my first impression was wanting to vomit. I will attach photos of the above. Finally we never saw a boss or hotel manager, everything seemed like a disaster, I don't recommend it, don't waste your money.THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The place is quite out of place, not accessible, no train station nearby and far from both Don Mueang (not that far but 20 minutes is far for me) and Suvarnabhumi, you need taxi to get here and can get a bit expensive if you had low budget. As soon as we arrived, there's a helper that will help to carry your luggage to the lobby. The receptionists also very nice, she can speak English. I remember vividly, she asked why we visited Bangkok and it's for KPOP concert and she surprised us with a snack and a really sweet note wishing us having fun at the concert. To Mummy KPOP if you still work there, I hope you have a great day everyday ! ฉันรักเธอ.The room are okay, we got a mini kitchen complete with water heater and a microwave, the toilet also very big but it's a bit dim. We checked in at night so it can get quite scary and dark in the hotel as its big but not much people there. When I was staying, they maybe renovate the pool and parking site so we couldn't really access the gym and pool. There's nearby 7E and Family Mart nearby you can walk like 8-15 minutes but it can get really scary to walk so I don't really recommend to walk at night alone plus not many foreigners there, mostly locals. The only thing is that this hotel is quite close with Rajamangala Stadium as it cost only 100baht (early 2023) to go there by Grab motorcycle. Overall, I enjoyed staying here with great hospitality but location-wise, I would not suggest this hotel.
