It was painful to think of it as a dormitory where you can stay for 500 yen. The room was hot and the sheets were sweaty.

We are two Chinese tourists. Before we arrived at Lucky Backpackers Hostel, we considered cancelling our booking in Agoda, and sent the request. The request was not approved so we checked in as we booked on 22nd April and paid the room fee in cash. But when it was 24th, it said we didn't show up at the hostel and cancelled the booking, also deducted the room fee $31.5 from my credit card, and there is still no refund till now

I left my suitcase at the reception desk here, but my money was stolen. Be especially careful with black people. First, I filled out a statement in advance with the help of someone nearby and left the country. absoluteness. don't stay in this hoteli got stolen from the staff who is the black. do not use this hotel. i kept my carrier in reciption and after i come back my money got stolen. i request cctv in reception but the black did notThis is a photo of the police statement.

I paid when I arrived in cash because that's how it happens all the time here, 5 days later I see that I have a deduction for the price of the room from my account from this hotel, I I sent messages to the hotel and they didn't respond to me at all, whereas when I was staying there they responded very well. The air conditioning doesn't work well, the scooters he rents are rubbish, we rented a scooter the first day it stopped on a high-speed road, then it stopped several times until the the hotel for a moment it didn't want to start again we asked for another one no complicated fire for the evening and the same thing it stopped on the road…I do not recommend it at all and I am still waiting for my refund, this is unacceptable.

Dirty, hot rooms and the air does not work. The girl who prepares breakfast always looks bad, and on top of that she served us breakfast with ants.The receptionist was very friendly but greeted us drunk.I do not recommend this hostel

You are a lucky backpacker if you don't die of heat or something else in this place.Extremely dirty, there are ants in the beds and the sheets are all torn, the air conditioning doesn't work, it's full of humidity and huge cobwebs.Upon arrival at 9 in the morning we were welcomed by a drunk gentleman, paradoxically he was the best person in the hostel.The cleaning girl who also does breakfast served us fried eggs with ants inside.DO NOT GO.

The location is followed because of its central location and for the lower price. The people are nice and have care of the customers without boring. A breakfast is included. They provide a big set of services, from shuttle to airport to intercity bus ticket, from motorbike rent to laundry service to visa service. One can opt from a bed in common room for smthg 3 USD, to private room for 300 000 kips (about 12 euros).

Our experience with this place was limited to a scooter rental, but it was damn horrible. We were coming to the place next to it to hire one but that one was close and we ended up here.The guy started to remove the petrol of the bike in front of our faces (probably left by the previous guest), and throwing it to the ground. We asked him not to do so and he responded impolitely. The scooter was in the worst possible condition, it was pricey, and we ended up returning it earlier because it was so bad. We rented from next door afterwards and that one was much better and smooth.

Suspicious conspicuous stains all over the walls and tv in our room. The windows let a lot of noise in...But they serve breakfast and are helpfull if you want to rent a bike or book a bus.＜3

I arrived at this hostel at 4 am after a sleeping bus trip only because it has 24-hour reception. Besides the fact that they gave me a higher price than the one on Agoda, the rooms are filthy, the bathrooms even more so and the staff didn't understand anything in English.I don't like leaving bad reviews but honestly don't choose this place!

Pros: location in the very center of the tourist area; the inside of the hostel is quite spacious, there is room to sit with a laptop; I liked the breakfast.Cons: the beds do not have any fences or curtains, although this would be easy to do; dead sockets, no way to charge gadgets; Wi-fi is no good, I didn’t want to work even at 3 am; the contingent consisted of Indians and Chinese with appropriate demeanor

1. I made a reservation for 24-hour check-in, but the staff was so busy sleeping that they had a hard time waking me up.2. I woke him up and paid all the money, but he said there was no room. Go to a hotel a few hundred meters away.3. It was raining so I asked if I could borrow an umbrella. Then, I told him I would sleep in the dormitory (I was planning to stay in the dormitory and go to another hotel) and asked him to return the difference. Only then did he start his motorcycle and say he would take me there.4. The hotel I moved to after being caught in the rain on the back of a motorcycle was too bright outside the window and had an outdoor air conditioner? It was noisy all night due to the noise.Avoid this place. If you arrive early in the morning, it is better to stay in a good hotel.

You should never goI made a reservation for a double room 10 days in advance, but when I arrived, they said there was no room so I stayed in a dormitory room, which is absurd.The location is good, but the owner's mindset is terrible.
