It came as a package...Wow, this is the worst.I don't know if the room condition is different for each room, but...Koreans, don’t come ㅠㅠI went crazy for a moment and regretted sending the package to the ground.

Great room ...but nothing worked..no hot water ,phone not working. No lift so you walk up and down stairs for everything.pool closed.buffet breakfast floor ten..omg not worth the climb.The room was huge, lovely,staff tried really hard but the building needs a complete refurb or it will just fall apart.inky stayed one of the 2 booked nights.never done that before.

I'm not in the habit of commenting but in this case I won't deprive myself: For €27 per night, we don't expect a luxury room but a minimum of decency. Finally we found a room in poor condition which smelled of cigarettes. Beyond the poorly maintained room and the feeling of insecurity felt during the stay, I had the bad idea of asking reception for advice on traveling across the country and buying train tickets with them. They took a margin without informing me and wrote down the wrong passport number 🤡 (which made me have a hard time explaining to customs officers the difference in number between my passport and the ticket knowing that I don't speak the language) . At least it will give me some anecdotes to tell 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We offer spacious rooms, but they are old. The bathroom looks like it needs repairs. We recommend other alternatives for breakfast. The swimming pool is located next to the breakfast restaurant, but is not well maintained. The location is close to the night market and tourist street, and there are convenience stores and restaurants. It's good to do. If you don't stay overnight, it may be a good choice.

Room was a good size and clean. With a huge bathroom. Staff were not as friendly or helpful as many other places we have stayed. It looks as if they hotel is having a slow upgrade as some parts of it are old and tired whilst other parts have been upgraded.

Great location close to the night market, super friendly and helpful english-speaking staff, clean modern and spaceous rooms, it‘s very quiet in the night and the pool on the rooftop is amazing! Can recommend!

The front staff is not very welcoming, the service is very bad. Gave the key card to go up to the room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The phone in the room can't make calls. When I went down to ask, they said that normally I have to check in at 2 p.m., but it was already 2 and forty minutes past 2 p.m. Then we asked if we had to go up and wait, and the employee said yes and didn't say anything. I have to sit and wait for them to do it. Have to go up and sit and wait for them to clean. There is very little breakfast. I don't recommend it at all. The room rate is 1700, what a waste of money.

The room is big. Unfortunately the one that I've got has no TV and safe box in the room. However, my friends staying at other rooms are provided with TVs and safe. It seems that the provisions are not uniform to all rooms. The toilet bowl is broken too. Don't think it's worth the price. Believe that other hotels within the vicinity are much better. Will not consider this place again.

The place is run down now. The pictures are from many years ago, not like this at the moment. No maintaning of it what so ever. Overprice for sure. The pool area is horrible now. But the bed is soft and the air-con. is cool. Renos on the opposite side of the hotel - so noicecy, FYI.Understaff. Simple (not so smiley) service. Good location. Not recommended (atleast if it’s not half off like 500-600k).

The hotel offers comfortable rooms but unfortunately they are not very clean. My room was not cleaned enough after the previous guest. Definitely the building need some renovations. The breakfast is of various choice , but they don't deliver the food if it's gone. The plus is the view from the restaurant on 10 th floor and small swimming pool on the roof. No special amenities in the room, just hair dryer. Generally ok, although I found better hotels in Laos.
