I had booked in this hotel for 3 days. But due to circumstances it ended up being 25 nights. The service there is really perfect. If you ask for something, it is either done or arranged immediately. The rooms are simple, but the price reflects that. But neat and clean. Don't expect luxurious rooms. The host is very friendly and helpful. But the staff is also helpful. The location is good. Near the night market and the Mekong River. You can see the most beautiful sunset at the river. Everything nearby. From delicious restaurants, mini market, massage and spa. But there is also plenty of entertainment there. Everything is easy to walk. But there are also plenty of tuktuks there and there are also plenty of scooter or motorbike rentals available. Despite the circumstances, I had a nice stay and the host has become a kind of big brother to me. He really helped me through a difficult period together with his family. I am very grateful to him. I will definitely come back to him. I don't know when, but probably next year. So I definitely recommend this hotel. So if you want to stay for a few days and have a not expensive hotel but friendly staff and clean rooms without luxury, then definitely book here.

The room is very old, dirty, stayed in a room on the 1st floor, on the 1st floor there were only 2 rooms and it was next to the kitchen and there was a very loud water pump. Not worth the price paid over 700 baht when booking a room with a balcony but got a first floor room which did not match the cover at all. Anyone who has reserved this place, I recommend asking to see the room first.

You get what you pay, but from the same price, this is the worst hostel we have been so far. AC was noisy and dripping water next to our bed, which bed was on the floor. Not very clean, humit and old. We only stayed one night and woudnt recommend more. However, it was very quite at night.

Budget hotel but low quality everything. Very tiny bathroom & toilet. Both are separate unnecessarily. Toilet & room floor are same level, so water flow to room from toilet, It's very disgusting. My room have balcony but It's useless, very dirty, tiny & no view because of a big signboard covered the whole belcony view. And no sitting place.So don’t be fool to see online photos.

this “hotel” is more like hostel and the level of cleanlines is very low. stayed there one night. the sheets were coverd with hairs and when I did the check out they tried to charge me more money

The location is very good, right next to the night market.The staff at check-in were very friendly and gave me a good impression.However, the room was dirty. odor.The shower room was so filthy that even taking a shower was stressful.The room was like a warehouse. As expected, this is not the case.Cheap is bad.The room is not as clean as the photos posted.

This hotel is a gem, tucked right next to the night market. If you're looking for a secret hideout, this is it. The rooms offer great privacy, letting you come and go unseen - if you prefer to keep things low-key. They're a great bang for your buck. Plus, the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Definitely worth checking out!

The mud-colored waters of the Mekong River flow quietly and indifferently as a person walks.‘Mekong Riverside Accommodation’ is located less than 500 meters from there. The property is located in the downtown area of Vientiane. There is a night market 100 meters on either side, and a night market opens in the evening on the road right in front of the balcony. There is an ATM machine right in front, and I have withdrawn money from several places and this one has the lowest fees in Laos.There are two employees and the boss. Everyone always smiles brightly and is friendly. In particular, the owner is very diligent and takes care of everything I want. They will help you with everything at a low price, including renting a motorcycle, calling a taxi, and finding good cafes and restaurants.The accommodation is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Each floor has a balcony. Each room has a state-of-the-art air conditioner and a bathroom with a shower. You can always stay cool and comfortable. Especially when it's hot, it's nice to be able to set the hot water in the shower to your preferred temperature while washing.The third floor balcony is a meeting space where you can socialize with guests. As you sit in your chair, someone comes and greets you. They quickly exchange names and become friends easily. While chatting about each other's lives, we enjoy some leisurely time while watching people passing by on the streets around us. If we're in a good mood, we also drink Lao beer together. As we get closer, we go to cafes, restaurants, billiards halls, night markets, etc. together. The prices here are so cheap that you can enjoy it together without worrying about costs.If you creatively plan your daily routine, you can enjoy another life on your own. If you wake up around 5 in the morning and walk barefoot along the muddy path to the Mekong River, you can greet three fishermen and watch them catch fish with their nets. When I return to the accommodation, I have coffee and breakfast with the owner at the cafe right next door. I also enjoy riding my bike here and there along the Mekong River. In the evening, I watch people coming and going at the night market from the balcony with my friends from various countries.I recommend this accommodation to those who want to vividly experience the changing Lao and plan a lazy, leisurely trip.‘Living for half a month (15 days)’ in Laos with my boss was the beginning of my first solo trip and it remained a great memory in my life. I hope that your health and Laotian money will flow to you like the Mekong River. I enjoyed every day I spent in Laos. Thank you.

Perfectly adequate for our family's overnight in Vientiane.*Bridget friendly!!*The room was secure and checked all the boxes we (2 adults 2 teens) needed. There's hostel-style toilet and kitchen burner walked to nearby cafes and restaurants. It's a half block from the night market and well located in the city center district. Location location location!!
