The rooms are dated and in need of a refresh. Everything is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Close to a 7-11, night market and a few restaurants and bars. Overall a decent place to stay.

Have only eaten lunch at the restaurant, where the food tasted good at reasonable prices. So I don't know how the rooms are and how they work when staying overnight.

It's like it's a resort that was built 20 years ago and nothing has been upgraded or kept modern. For example in my room there was no place to hang a towel as the previous one was as some point removed from the wall. All furnitures were extremely worn and just looks cheap. The a/c worked good and there was hot water but where the shower nozzle was set up was just a poor spot. Everything just needs to be gutted and redone. So, the room sucks.I liked the restaurant and the pizza was very tasty. The location is absolutely perfect for the city. There's a swimming pool if you're into that.I went to Rong Nang from Ban Kruat and am staying at a hotel here that is also 500 baht a night. But the room is modern and everything is in great condition. This place is also in a great location. And that's why I'm giving just two stars for this review, 500 baht isn't a lot, but it sure goes further at other places .

I really can't complain about this place. Its probably not even €20 per night, has a pool and a decent restaurant. Just the rooms need to be refreshed.

The resort with the bungalows is fine. The swimming pool is pleasantly large.The adjacent restaurant has a different owner. Bad service.

Unfortunately the resort is getting a bit old! A lot would have to be done!Add to that the interior design! The bed is too hard!Everything is missing in the bathroom! No washing lotion! No shampoo...And the interior design is really not inviting...I can't recommend this resort more!

Great little spot in this part of the country, clean rooms, not a 5 star hotel but you don't get that in small towns. Nice pool and a good restaurant catering for farangs, making it a local watering hole.

Unfortenatly its been a hard time for them during the covid period, in need of renovation and fixes, VIP room was the room we had. Had to arange other accomedations that worked out well, they didnt want any money due to the state of the room but we gave the some money anyway in hope of that they get things back to a better state again.
