I stayed here for five days and traveled nearby.
Although there was a bad thing that the laundry disappeared, the hotel's response was great, and if I have a chance, I want to visit again.
Thank you to the employees who have been kind for a long time.

The location is quite central, but the hotel itself is horrible. The room was small with horrible view, the bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken. The breakfast was very bad. It is very difficult, see impossible to contact the hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay on a nicer hotel.

The service provided by the workers is top-notch.The first time I went, I was shown a room that had not been cleaned.As soon as I told him, he changed my room.The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower was fixed. It was uncomfortable because the shower couldn't be moved.And even if you bring a shower filter, you can't use it.Oh, and there's a strange smell in the elevator.It's 3 minutes away from the Mekong River Night Market and the location is good.

I flew from Ho Chi Minh at 4pm and arrived in Vientiane at 6pm. I was planning to go to Vang Vieng early the next morning, so I booked a good value hotel here.The location was great for walking around and it was close to the night market.The room condition is very old. The shower is fixed to the wall, so you can't use the shower filter! There were slippers in the room, but they were so supportive that I couldn't wear them!I didn't have any expectations for breakfast, but oh my gosh, this is a great breakfast restaurant!There are only a few menu items, but the fried rice and porridge were delicious!The staff was friendly and I was able to reserve a bus from the hotel to Bang Vien. 170,000 kip!The travel agency in front of the hotel offered the same amount, so I just made a reservation at the hotel and had the driver pick me up on time the next day!It was great for an evening flight or a passing place to stay for a while!

The hotel and air conditioner are quite old and noisy. Having a room next to the road makes it even more noisy. Three nights half asleep Breakfast was ok. The service staff is very good. I give it three stars.

A disaster 2 night 2180 Bath 1,420,007 LAOSIAN KIP even if it's Laos...purely defrauding.16€ on Booking or 601 BTHRoom, no care provided, missing tiles in the bathrooms, window no longer closes, 2 centimeter silicone between the sink and the wall.It's seriously lacking in maintenance...Do not trust the photographs on their site or other merchants.HS TVTongue for Bathroom USERSOff-putting

Looks like rooms were not maintained and cleaned properly. When finding a plug hole for charging, surprisingly found it on higher top of the wall whereby cannot put anything. Found a dead cockroach and wall crackings inside and stains and dirts on walls. it's totally different from what was shown inside the pictures and from other V-hotels (Singapore and Thailand). Need proper follow up to maintain the hotel standard to standardize across all countries. Only good thing is location coz nearby got night market and quite a few shops around.

Staffs are super nice and friendly. Always smiling.Location is perfectttttt. Close to everywhere - night market, big c, several restaurants, bars and cafes, a namphou fountain and etc..But, it is a Run-Down hotel. DON'T GET FOOLED BY PHOTOS ON THE WEB. That was 5 year ago and nothing is same as of now. It is really old and dirty. We got a room without window and balcony. It is really suffocated when the room is not clean and stink. Inside the room, everything needs maintenance. There might be some tiny insects - we felt really itchy during our stays.Internet was off for 2 days.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable accommodation at a great price with a view of Mekong river . Located near the night Market and within vicinity of most stores and restaurants. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have much variety and it’s mainly non-halal except the omelette but they were kind enough to make me salad. The stuff are kind and helpful.

Location of the hotel is very good and probably this is what keeps this business still running. The rooms are not maintained well, the paint on the wall is peeling and during rain the window is leaking so water gets inside the room. The breakfast they offer is ok, kind of buffet but when the coffee machine is malfunctioning there is noone who can even understand what the problem is. All in one I would say you can survive there but I don't recommend it as the first choice place to stay.

The property is definitely old and you can see the wear and tear all over the property. When I walked into the lobby I had hope the room would be nice but the lobby is the best part.Breakfast- typical Laos breakfast with noodles, some sort of hot dog, fruit, eggs cooked to order and toast. They have a fancy coffee machine but I didn’t use it and juice.Internet - room had decent WiFi for working but did cut off for a few seconds every 30-60 mins but I was still able to use zoom and WiFi calling.Room is very dated and older, there were some smaller roaches in the room and bathroom. The aircon worked great since the room is on the smaller side for the basic room but for one person it was more than enough.Laundry - got laundry done which still had some semi-wet clothes. Also a few clothes items from other people. I don’t think they lost anything of mine except possibly one sock.
