Stayed for the first time at this hotel and was very impressed. There is a swimming pool, a cafe in the hotel, very delicious food, clean rooms, and the staff are very welcoming. If from the city 3 kilometers

Ok, they are new. And the rate is just around 700 Bath per night. We paid 2000 Bath per night because of the (fantastic) Buriram marathon. Cannot blame them for how the market works. But automatically the expectations get higher.On the good side: new building and rooms. Good beds and (Ikea quality) furniture. Nice and large TV. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is okay depending on what you look for. Not super close to the centre, on the side of a busy road and quite remote. The pool looks nice, though we did not use it. The 'under construction'-feel is still there, inside and outside.Here are some improvement points.Missing items:SafeHairdryerFridgeGeneral lightswitch near bedTelephoneSidetables near bedHooks for cloths in bathroom.Housekeeping only once in two days.More serious issue: bathroom 'floods' when showering so the rest of the day wet feet when using the toilet. When called upon, staff will come to clean but still a hassle. This requires structural improvements.The breakfast buffet was 'plundered' 45 minutes before closing time, but staff quickly added some of the finished stuff. It was sober, but if included in the modest roomrate the quality is maybe acceptable.In general it is an accommodation which needs to pay attention to reviews like this as the owners have a good vision on hospitality which needs to be rewarded with a large clientèle. So still a place you should check out for yourself.The Tuscany style is not achieved entirely as the accommodation lacks the warm and comfortable feeling of it's Italian role model. Maybe some relevant decoration could create more of the targeted atmosphere.

Recommended. Beautiful accommodations, clean rooms inside, very large rooms, comfortable beds, good service staff. Breakfast is delicious.
