The room is good but not soundproof. There is no hair dryer drive. Delicious, diverse breakfast, close to the train station

Klim hotel is in a good location. Behind Buriram train station You can easily walk across to the front of the station. Very convenient for people traveling by train. The rooms are average, worth the price, but the really good thing is the breakfast, which is far overpriced. Breakfast may not be much. But everything tastes delicious. There is fresh coffee to drink. There's fresh fruit jam. Normally they sell a jar for 125 baht to eat for breakfast. Pork porridge, basil, stir-fried kale, pan-fried eggs. Everything is delicious. I really like the breakfast here. If going to Buriram, will stay here as usual.

The service is not good at all. The story is that The electricity went out at 6:10 AM. We waited 15-20 minutes and the electricity still didn't come. I turned it on and looked at the walkway lights and saw that they were bright. But why doesn't the electricity in the room turn on? Almost half an hour had passed. The electricity didn't come and called the hotel. The staff said that we had to wait for the manager to come in before 7:30 a.m. We finished getting dressed around 7:20 a.m. Asked about breakfast because we had reserved a room for breakfast. The staff said we had to wait at 7:30 a.m. (confused about why not). must 7:30 a.m. in general hotels, 5:00 a.m. onwards, no later than 10:00 a.m.) Looks like it's not in time. Traveling to the airport, after checking, the journey takes 35-40 minutes, so I had to forgo breakfast. I want the hotel to improve a bit.

They know this and don't care.Front desk is childish, unprofessional, and racist, mocking me to my face for not knowing english and refusing to help me. It's the first time in 2 years I've received racially motivated spite or refusal of service. When the word "farang" was screamed 30 times at me in a span of 10 minutes, that's when I had enough.

The service has gotten much worse from the first time I stayed in 2018. After 6 years, it has gotten worse to the point of being shocking. As for the room, you can still sleep. Convenient location But the service is so bad that I have to give a review. Room includes breakfast When checking in, inform the breakfast time at 7:30-9:30 a.m., come down to eat at 8:30 a.m. Everything is gone, rice, salad, side dishes, jam, coffee, milk, all in good condition. There are 2 guests sitting. 3 tables, scooping up leftover food Stick to the bottom of the tray to eat. There is 1 restaurant employee who asks questions and doesn't answer. Ordered 4 fried eggs, that's all I got. For 4 people, each person got one fried egg. The rest don't care anymore. There was empty bread, a jar of jam, every jar not refilled, water, 2 packets of Milo left, the rest was empty. If the breakfast section is not ready, you should not accept it. It's better to just do it while sleeping. I feel very bad. If you come to rest and then continue somewhere else, that's fine. But if you want other services as well, I don't recommend it.

The woman at the reception desk was slow and terrible, and she was also unfriendly, what the heck! That's what it feels like. I was so annoyed that I grabbed a male employee and asked him to deal with it. Everyone is nice except for the woman at the reception.
