The staff are very nice..but the air conditioner is loud..the toilet water flows slowly..near the road, easy to stay..clean room...just should let them know what kind of room you need to get breakfast...

Traveling and passing this way, stop for a break.The room is good. Convenient transportation.And then I spilled coffee on the bed. (Clumsiness) Hurry and put on the clothes. When checking in, notify the hotel. Then the officer asked the housekeeper to check. The housekeeper said it was okay. “Thank you very much. I'm impressed. It's like I made a mistake and someone forgave me. 😅 When I have a chance, I'll come and stay again.

The hotel is on the main road, easy to find, spacious and convenient parking.There is a lift. The bed is hard enough to sleep in. The hotel is quite old and is being renovated. There is no breakfast, no kitchen, but there may have been because there was a menu to look at. If staying for further travel, I recommend it.

I stayed two nights. The staff is very attentive, however the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower, it seemed like it had not been washed, I found hair inside. The second night, my husband found a large cockroach inside the sheets. It is evident that the place has been very neglected. I do not recommend it.

Rooms are as nice and big as any I've stayed in (including some 4 stars in BKK). Rest of hotel doesn't match room quality but I wasn't surprised or disappointed given the cost. Pool was being cleaned - this info should be available online when booking.

Didn't reserve in advance Walk in at night, the room is quiet, clean, spacious, good bathroom, staff walk to the room, inexpensive price, parking is in the back and on the side. Didn't make a reservation with food included, just room service. Hair dryers and irons can be requested at the lobby if you wish to use them. Not in the room The hotel is next to the main road, convenient to travel.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Right next to the busy route 24 dual-carrageway on the outskirts of Nang Rong going towards Buriram or Ubon. Plenty of parking.Can buy beer and soft drinks in the reception area or there is a 7/11 500 metres away.Offers conference room bookings.Gets very busy during MotoGP weekends so early bookings are advisable.Has 2 main entrances to reception, 1 gives good wheelchair accessibilityThe Spartan gymnasium is part of the hotel so guests get free use of its facilities, only 60m along the road. Plenty of equipment, toilets and cold drinks available.

The food tries to be replenished slowly. So that the guests are bored and don't want to eat. Just butter and bread is all gone. If you think that customers will eat breakfast and there will be little profit. Cut out breakfast altogether, or rice and curry, or specify how much you can eat. The employees will all stand and smile. You already know how many customers you have. You didn't prepare food. It can't be anyone anymore. Probably cutting the food budget more is considered bad.

Great location if you plan to visit chang international circuit. The staff was very pleasant and super helpful.My only negative was the bed mattress. I have a bad back and the mattress or box spring was excruciatingly hard. I didn't sleep very comfortably.I enjoyed my stay and though you definitely need transportation if you choose to stay in that area, the hotel was welcoming and great for the price and location to the many attractions burriram can offer.

There was a special price on the booking portal. That's why I booked it. Without this price it would have been too expensive for me.Should there be a pool: there wasn't.Should be a gym: there wasn't.Unfortunately, English-speaking employees are not always there.My window couldn't be opened, so I couldn't ventilate it.Everything is pretty worn out.Ok for the price booked.For the original price it would have been a disgrace.

In an era of high competition The resort opened like a mushroom. Big hotels in the district must adapt. But taking care of the building requires a lot of people and hiring a lot isn't worth it. If you hire too little, you won't be able to take care of them thoroughly.Many people expect too much. The reasonable room price of this hotel should not be more than one thousand baht. Because various equipment changes over time.On the day you went to stay, you got a room for 800 baht. If it's standard It's at 590 baht. The price is considered appropriate for the facilities in the room.

Peaceful, quiet, not busy. The room has a little bit of light. There is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms. Breakfast must be ordered.

I gave this a first star review but on my second visit it all was all different. The internet has not worked for four days!!!!!! I was upgraded to a bigger room, that was nice gesture. BUT... the AC was clunky & made some awful noises until it packed in, so at 5am for the second time I am moving rooms, really infuriating. It is the small things as well, the batteries were dead in AC remote, three visits to reception as they just kept putting in dead batteries as nobody throws old ones away or buys news ones. They keep cycling them around. Great rooms, has potential, but needs a manager who can straighten out these problems that ruin a stay.
