The pillow is very flat. It's like sleeping without a pillow. A little bit of improvement regarding pillows and blankets is acceptable. The mattress is very hard, can be used for a whole lifetime and won't collapse. It's good that you took your own pillow.The worst part was forgetting the pillow but following it back to claim that the doctor had given it to the customer as support.
