Stayed in the evening of 14 Sep 2024. Room on v 3. Departed in the morning on 15 Sep 2024. Forgot drinks in the refrigerator. I was the one who chose this hotel for my friend to stay in. I was impressed with the rooms and service. On the evening of 15 September 2024, I came to ask for things that I had forgotten. The hotel completely refused, claiming all kinds of things, very irresponsible. Feeling very bad. The hotel owner will know how bad it is. of subordinates or not Or is it the customer's fault that they forgot?

Perfect place, to stay and rest .. every supermarket is near and it's a walkable distance.. also you will find a good and silent surrounding. I love staying here and will be staying more if ever I visit sisaket (the inside room caught my eyes ) that's the picture of it..

Very bad, I paid to move in and the air conditioner went out and the fan went out, the biker service person came and asked to collect another 50 baht. Said that he forgot that it was Friday and that the price would be higher than on normal days. This was understandable, but when he said that the air conditioner was off and the fan was off, he said that he had to pay first, so we paid. When the service person rode out, the air conditioning light came on. Turns on normally as if the power had been accidentally cut off. The third time, I walked in to check and said that if there were more than three people there the electricity would be cut off, which is very bad.

The front employee is very upset and his face is swollen. Talk like you don't want to serve. And the accommodation didn't give me the key, with the result that if I wanted to open and close the room, I would come and open it. Near Tai Ban Land 5 event 2-star room, stay 3 nights, first 2 nights got a room with front door and bathroom door that couldn't lock. Notify the housekeeper But just put away the towel. Had to ask for new clothes and drinking water.The 3rd night, move to a better room. But I had to inform the housekeeper to ask for towels and water. The housekeeper forgot but quickly brought them to me. The price is secretly high compared to the quality.

Very bad service. Not informed how many people will be allowed to stay When more people came, they cut off the electricity and then said that only 2 people could stay. The staff's appearance does not welcome guests. The room was opened daily at 1 p.m. and could only be used for less than 5 hours. The electricity was cut off and the reason was given that only 2 people could stay (confused as to why). I didn't inform you at first because when we opened there were 3 people, the staff saw all 3 but they were nosy and didn't inform.)
