Spent 2000 baht to reserve a room next to the river and got room number 1.Arriving at the location, they informed me that there were no reservations here. Have to sleep in another place on Soi 9. Using the same name, I'm confused. Why don't you inform customers because the location in Google Maps is only here?You have to drive to follow the person telling you because on the map there is only the name of the Rabiang Khong restaurant (it doesn't indicate that there are rooms). This should be improved. When we reached Krua Rabiang Khong No parking You have to park in front of the school and unload all your luggage. Then carry it up to the second floor. Then you have to park your car on Soi 10 and walk back.The air conditioner is not very cool. The room is big but the air conditioner is small.There is no place to hang clothes, just a towel rack. There is only one plug-in point. I can't press the remote to watch TV. You have to press on the TV.The room is beautiful, clean, ok.

Stayed at Baan Rabiang Khong 3, was not impressed, gave 1 star for the location and good view, but deducted for other things.1. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair and fur falling on the floor, and in the bathroom there was a glass of cocoa that the previous guest had eaten in the refrigerator. There are shampoo stains in the house.2. Employees don't have service mind and care. When they told them to go clean, they made faces.3. Parking is different from the accommodation. (but can walk)4. There are no equipment in the room such as a hair dryer.5. Reserve a room for 2 people 2800 + extra bed 400 but only give 2 bottles of water and only 2 food discount coupons.

The accommodation is not sound proof. Guests came to stay on the same day. Until I went to bed at 2 a.m. Notifying the hotel and they didn't solve the problem, sucks.

The person answering the phone at the accommodation is very bad.I asked if the accommodation was full yet. When I answered, I couldn't quite hear it, so I asked again. The staff shouted at him saying, Wow!!!! then cut the cable It is considered very bad for service workers.

Rabiang Khong has many alleys. The point is on Soi 4 quiet, long walk There aren't many people staying. Most of them stay around Soi 14-20. Because it's next to the walking street. Stay for several days, no discount. The accommodation doesn't join the booking app, there aren't any discounts, cleanliness is there, but if you're serious, it's not recommended. Because there were yellow stains on the cloth that made it look not as clean as it should be. Everything else passed. Parking is available. Along the Mekong, prices start at 1,200 baht, depending on the festival.

The room is nice and clean. The staff slept well. cute and friendly Come during the off-season and there will be a discount. Which zone has a more expensive view? There is only breakfast of bread, tea, and coffee. There is no refrigerator in the room. Overall okay, recommend.
