I've been here for 4 times and love every single time....because the staff and management team (especially sales person "Sista") is very nice and helpful.However, after their big renovation, the price is going crazy and staff seem no longer nice anymore.Whoever taking care of the Facebook fanpage needs a lot of improvement and learn a basic customers service!!! So rude and I need to beg for the information... just do their job like a chat bot on a daily basis not trying to find solution or even try to sell me anything just throw the price and say nothing. Need to improve!!!

The room is spacious. All of the staffs are very friendly and nice. The breakfast is just ok. Overall, we would come to this hotel again.

The villa hut is old and not maintained well. Swimming pool right in front of the west Railay beach was small and deep. There was no tooth brush provided which is unusual in Thailand hotels. Check in is only available on the east Railay beach side. Very popular resort right in front of the beach but not really satisfied with the hut condition. After we boiled the provided water in the electrical kettle in the room, it smelled like sanitizer. Not sure why but guess that the kettle was cleaned with clorax. One good thing is that The reception staff was very kind and helpful.
