The hospitality here is wonderful, I always felt super safe and well taken care of. Location is perfect, right on the beach with some easy snorkelling right out the front of the bar. The owners are so lovely, always keen for a chat and to give some locals recommendations. Highly recommend!

Don't expect luxury, simple but nice and airy bungalow. Electricity only in the evenings with a generator. Good food and warm staff. I do not need more.

This was my favorite experience during my time in Thailand. Ruun is awesome. Such a nice guy who makes you feel welcome and gives you plenty of space to just do your thing. This is not for casual travelers imo. Once on the island, take a tuk tuk to the beach and then walk a half mile to the left to arrive. Koh Jum gets electricity from 6pm-12am so keep that in mind! Everything is very unplugged but that is exactly why it is a beautiful experience. Hammocks everywhere, two restaurants on the beach, a bar about 100m away from your hammocks, and a beach that faces the sunset every night. What a great place to chill and read a book.

Amazing place! It is the perfect spot for a digital detox and enjoying the wonderful beach and nature around. The food is fresh and delicious, and the owners are incredibly friendly and nice. I definitely recommend

Best place on the island if you like nature, quite times, almost empty beaches, relaxation and just being.Not suitable for party people or people looking to be entertained. 😉I had a magical time. 🌟

Simple life is a little gem. The place is magical, close to nature and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the moment. The bungalow I slept in was right on the beach, lovingly designed, clean and I slept wonderfully with the sound of the sea in my ears. I ate the best green curry here and all the other dishes were freshly prepared and delicious. And in the evening there was even great live music! If you don't need luxury and want to be close to nature and people, you have found your perfect place here.

Very remote and relaxed Beach Side Bungalows. The name is a perfect description for the place. Frindly Stuff and clean rooms welcome you in a paradise like atmosphere. Good food and cold drinks for small money. Enjoy the simple life!

There is only electricity for 6 hours a day, no internet and no hot water, but that is exactly what Simple Life is all about. The beach here is beautiful and you can just relax away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and enjoy nature. The food there is also very delicious and is always freshly prepared. The owner really does his best to make his guests feel comfortable, and he also drove us to the nearest scooter rental place for free and showed us something about the island. You don't feel like you're living with the people there, but with them.

This was a fantastic place to start our holiday. Absolutely basic, no power, no sunbeds, the bed was really bad. But so much peace and quiet, good hospitality from Ruunen and relaxing in a beautiful place. He is a great cook. Fresh fish every day if you want. We really enjoyed it.
