Lived here for over 1 year and the landlords (Koy and Greg) have been spectacular. Nicely furnished and any maintenance issue is just a call away. 3 large bedrooms! It also has a huge 4 rai behind where I had the freedom to grow vegetables and you can even consider growing some commercial crop if you are adventurous.A highly rated restaurant is just across the road that serves the best Tom Yam soup and fried rice in the neighborhood. Village provision shop is a few minutes drive away if you need extra eggs, ginger or some home grown veg.Drop the pin closer to the city on Grab app and you can order one of the best burgers in town. Just wave at the rider or call them when they stopped.It is about 20-30mins drive to town so I usually do a weekly trip, but you'll need a larger fridge to store the grocery for the week if you are a family of 3-4. You can also arrange for a weekly grocery done by the landlord's contact for you instead.It is also near to a tourist attraction and a meditation monastery with highly skilled monks.
