I've come to stay many times when it was newly opened. The price of 350 at that time was good, the room was spacious and clean, but it's been many years since then. It's a lot old. The room is shabby, the walls are peeling, the bathroom is dirty, there are stains, the bathroom door is very black. The toilet is not clean. The floor of the room was not clean when walking on it. Had to get a broom to sweep it. When I swept it, spiders came running. The mattress is very hard. Even though I put the topper on, it's still hard. My back hurts and my body hurts a lot. The extra mattress is even bigger. It's as hard as a plank. Even sitting still hurts my butt. I really can't stand it. The towels are very old. It's good to bring a towel. So I use my own. I probably won't go to stay, even though it's cheap at 400 baht.But Phayao is a province where it is very difficult to find suitable accommodation. A nice place to sleep is too expensive. Other than that, it's cheap and old, nothing average.

Sleep alone, reserve a single bed But got a double bed, very spacious room, lots of parking, Subdistrict Administrative Organization wifi. Comes and goes, the wind blows and it goes away🙄 Cool air conditioner.(The room is not soundproof at all)The next room turned on the TV and talked clearly. The room above moved loudly and could clearly be heard.The condition of the room looks old. The towel is furry.

350 baht per night, very spacious room, has a zone behind the house. There is a sink for washing dishes, a clothes dryer, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a large bathroom, a new bed, comfortable sleep, and a warm air conditioner. There is a table for Notebook. Wifi is fast and usable. Played for half the night without any disconnection. There are large mirrors, clean curtains, and a wide parking lot with plenty of space, perfect for sales.
