The hotel is next to Phayao Lake.Traveling is not difficult. The property has a bit of parking and can park on the street in front of the hotel and across the street.There are many restaurants near the accommodation. There is a convenience store and Tai Kai from the park walking street. The Pho Khun Ngam Mueang Monument is also within walking distance.The room is clean, but the accommodation room has to walk up a bit, being on the upper floor is a bit tiring. The equipment in the room is basic as usual. Clean towels, clean bathrooms, clean surroundings.The staff provided good service. The assistant who helped with the luggage and looked at the parking lot provided very good service and even lent an umbrella when it rained inside.Breakfast will be porridge and toast. (But the rice porridge with water is a bit lost. (That is, very little rice but a full cup of water, but it's delicious.) Most importantly, it's not expensive.

Best value for money! We paid 700 and something baht and got clean, modern and spacious room with the stunning lake view on the second floor. Very convenient location right in front of the shore promenade. The breakfast is basic. Stuff is friendly.

Stayed during December 18, 2023 even though it was a weekday. But it coincides with the winter tourism festival. Intend to travel to Chiang Rai Stop for a break at Kwan Phayao first. It's very difficult to find accommodation. Decided to stay here. Because it's next to Kwan Phayao, it's easy to find things to eat and can tour the flowers. and events held at the Naga Plaza The rooms are very good. Come on weekdays, not crowded with people. The price is very good, not expensive at all, there is food that is worth the price.

The rooms are good. There are only 6 rooms. Stay on the second floor. You will hear the sound of cars driving on the road. or the sound of talking from the next room It can cause annoyance or insomnia.The hotel is next to Kwan Phayao. Room rates are not expensive, including breakfast, pork porridge, bread, coffee, and parking.

the view from the room and the breakfast table is truly holiday. such water and palm trees. the room is spacious but was quite noisy because the wall turned out to be a wooden partition. nevertheless enjoyed this 1 day stay

Accidentally came to stay and was very impressed, from the staff, cleanliness, and excellent rooms. Delicious breakfast, good price. Next opportunity, visit Phayao. Definitely don't miss staying here. What's more is millions of views.

Disclaimer: We stayed in the room with the large balcony overlooking the lake so the review will be based on that.This is more of a guesthouse than a hotel so keep this in mind.Pros: the bedroom was decent with a large balcony (unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy because we stayed during burning season) and views of the lake. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillow was a bit too hard (again this is personal preference). There is a fridge and TV but no kettle or hairdryer. The location was also great, right across the street from the walking path that goes along the lake.Cons: the bathroom was in a sorry state (you can see in the picture) and in need of significant renovations. There is also no elevator so those with mobility issues will have trouble staying here. The breakfast was so so.

Stayed on the 2nd floor, even though there was no balcony, it was a glass room, Thai style room, but not dark, could hear the sound of cars running but had no problem because it was late at night and the road was quiet. You can see the view of Kwan Phayao, very beautiful.Very good location, near the walking street and can take a leisurely stroll. Always on the edge of the lake Near restaurants, food, and drinks.The staff are lovely and speak because they are friendly.In summary, if there is a chance, I will definitely go to stay again 👍👍
