It is a very functional & simple place. But what they really need to do are a 2 things1. Remove the stone-strewn ground inside the premises as it feels like an off-road ADV bike testing ground. Needs proper cement or atleast normal ground to avoid people falling off bikes..in short, have a safe roll-on and parking for bikes.2. Have better aircon... like really Running the aircon at 16 degrees for 5 hours also doesnt make the room cold enough, and moreover the wooden door had gaps through which the air escapes. What's the point?Other than this, it is a nice place in the middle of a place called Chiang mun which is a place in the middle of nowhere.

Fuss free, functional, has everything you need. Highly recommended. Great breakfast and friendly host!Tip: we couldn't find any open restaurants on a Saturday at 5pm. We ended up eating five star chicken opposite lotus convenient store.

We stopped overnight on a motorbike run between Chang Rai and Nan. Could not have picked a better place to stay at these prices. Very clean rooms, fridge, kettle, coffee and water. Very friendly owners.Had an amazing evening at the family run shop across the road as the owner invited us to stay for a drink and play his guitar sat outside. They even called a teacher from nearby to help with translation - hello Moussy, thanks for your help. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with you!,

The room is very good, very clean, very cheap price, everything is impressive. Convenient items are complete. Washing machine, kitchen, cooking equipment, crockery, nice place to sit in front of the room. The place is shady and quiet. Anyone looking for a place to stay can let their dogs stay. Think a little more. Recommend here. If there are 10 stars, I'll give 10 stars.

Simple well appointed and decorated large room with bar fridge, TV Sat, fan, aircon, own outside chairs and tables own carport, flexible management approach, jug and bottled water. A jug for hot drinks. A Thai breakfast provided. No road noise at night. Firm mattress. Garden setting with various bird noises, subtle suburban music and a light touch of traffic noise.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Great spotlessly clean accommodation with covered parking.Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Nice garden area for a beverage!

We stayed here as a stop over between Phu Chi Fa and Phrae. Great little break for the night. Friendly hosts, clean, rooms, and amazing breakfast! Feeling refreshed and ready to carry on with our journey!

The rooms are verry clean and tidy. The price is fair. The owner is unbelievable nice and caring. The breakfast is made fresh and super delicious ! I have stayed there twice now ! The garden is super relaxing and she has a small playful puppy. I can only reccommend this place !
