The accommodation is clean. The family room has 2 bedrooms, a 6-foot bed, very good. The corner room has a view of Phayao as well. Look and feel refreshed. Breakfast is included. Got a room for 1,500, very good value. There will definitely be a chance to go back again.

Clean, friendly and nice view. Especially the location is great. Local live cafe and convenience store 2 minutes away. There are street restaurants 5 minutes away. Definitely intend to visit again.

Good service staff But the disadvantage is outside sound coming in Stayed for 2 days, the first day was ok, the noise of people talking and people coming to stay was a little loud. On the 2nd day, there was a party, music, and the noise at the event was very loud. Plus, the guests at the party were talking very loudly, making it very deafening. Came to work and returned to the accommodation and wanted to rest. Coming back to see something like this felt bad.The good part is that there is breakfast. There are bicycles to pedal for free. There is a free car wash. There is an electric car charger.

Daily accommodation looks very good from the outside. But in a normal room, not worth the price, there is no dryer, the mattress is hard, the blanket doesn't look clean. The bedding and bathroom are not up to standard. (Read: Wash your face below 80 cm. It's strange. The bathroom doesn't separate wet and dry. There's no curtain. Risk of slipping and falling. Breakfast is porridge with clear ingredients, bread, steamed rice with 1 vegetable stir-fry, and a fried egg. If you compare it to other places where the price is lower in the area, it can't be beat.

The service staff is very good. There are bicycles to borrow for sightseeing as well. If the car breaks down, help fix it. It's a business to find a mechanic to fix it. Staying here has peace of mind and is safe throughout the trip. Very impressed, will definitely come back to use the service again.

The staff takes good care of you. Give good advice and help. There is fresh coffee for breakfast. There are bicycles to borrow for a leisurely ride around Kwan Phayao. The rooms are clean, the water is strong, very satisfying. If there is a problem that needs to be fixed, it's that the room is not very soundproof. But overall it is considered very good. And will come back to stay again.
