Date 24/6/2024I would like to tell you about my impressive experience with this place, Ban Makrut Hotel, Phayao Province.I had forgotten a gold necklace and ring under the pillow in my room, which are items of high value and sentimental value.I left the room without realizing that there were things I had forgotten until the hotel, Khun Kae (the hotel owner), tried to contact me both via phone and line to inform me that I had forgotten important things in the room.This event actually happened.

Very clean hotel with beautiful immaculate rooms, bed and comfortable pillows. Kea and Bean were very kind, always smiling and helpful. Kea even sewed a pocket of my jacket. I hope to return soon.

We spent two nights here. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean, probably one of the cleanest hotels in Thailand. You can rent bikes for free and explore the city easily. It's only a 3-minute walk from the bus station, but it's still quiet at night. There is free coffee and cocoa available all day long and there is a fridge in reception where you can buy drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice and good stay here. Thank you :)

3 minutes walk from the bus terminal. Bike rentals can be arranged for 250 baht per day and a deposit of 1000 baht. You will not be asked to present your driver's license or passport. No noise or explosion damage from neighbors. No ants or aphids. Mosquitoes got in through the gap in the door. Requires one-push insecticide. All the staff are cheerful and nice. However, the interior of the room lacks functionality. It is especially unsuitable for working on a PC. Regarding the communication situation, AIS 5G was available at lightning speed. WiFi within the facility is unsecured. It would be a suitable accommodation for one night during a trip.It is much cheaper to stay directly without going through a reservation site. Please check availability in (slow) English in advance.

Great little hotel!!!Great price for nice big room with comfortable beds and good bathrooms.We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night.All the staff are warm and welcoming with big smiles.Even though we don’t speak any Thai the staff happily had conversations with us!!Great advice was given about the area which helped us have a good holiday.We love this Hotel!Thank you 🙏Our stay in Phayao is better because of you.I will return one day 😃😎☺️

Best hotel I've stayed at in my 3 weeks spent in Thailand! Rooms are clean, beds are big and comfy, free coffee all day, mini fridge in rooms, one block from bus station, 10-15 minute walk to the lake, friendly staff and owner, reasonable rates, can't get much better!

Clean, spacious and modern room. Walking distance to the bus station and center. However, I would particularly like to highlight the host family and the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to borrow bikes for free and they gave us lots of tips and were happy to help with any questions. They also helped us with the visa extension and made a huge effort to ensure that we received it. We were very grateful to them and considered ourselves lucky to have met such helpful people.
