The room balcony cannot be opened and the area is missing. The coffee at breakfast was very good, unfortunately too much plastic and cardboard waste is produced. Service and food in the dining room was okay, room staff without greeting, untypical for Thailand.

New room, big, clean, with Starbucks coffee capsules ready. Complete snacks and drinks The important thing is that you can see a 180 degree view of Kwan Phayao. The sunset view is very beautiful.

The hotel is new, clean, and there is free ice cream available in the lobby. The receptionist on the 7th floor, dining room provided very good service and the view was good too. But the floor on the 3rd floor is a little slippery. The parking lot is still not that wide. But there is an EV charging point. It is considered a new hotel that is worth staying at.

Hotel included in our organized tour to visit northern Thailand with "superior" category. In reality this hotel is the same one offered for the "standard" category and the only difference compared to this one was the room with lake view and bathtub (not on the balcony as in the photo). At check in we were not welcomed like in other hotels on the tour and in general the staff is slow and poorly trained. Not everyone understands English. The room was very large but the floor was slippery and the passage between the room and the bathroom was dangerous: I risked falling several times. Good restaurant for dinner but too many people and they kick you out at closing. A place full of insects and mosquitoes, bring repellent! Buffet breakfast ok, but slow. At check out they kept us to check that the room was ok. A couple in our group were charged extra because they had dirty the room and the pillowcase a bit.There is nothing around the hotel. I don't know if there are actually no alternatives, but in general I would not recommend this hotel.

It is a hotel that is not too small and not too big. The back is next to the winch. There's enough parking in front, but if it's during a festival, there might not be enough space to park. Traveling is convenient because it is next to the main road. For the rooms, the design is beautiful and modern. The facilities are complete with strong water and cool air conditioning. The breakfast is tasty enough. The most impressive point is the view on the rooftop. The view of Kwan is very beautiful, beautiful since the sky started to have light sunlight. Plus there is a cool breeze blowing softly which gives a very good feeling. Unfortunately there is air pollution. If the weather is clear, the view will likely be much more beautiful than it appears. The first point of displeasure is the sound. There is a very loud noise. Which I already knew from reviews that other people have made. The second is dust. There is dust in the corners. Third is communication. It's like we're talking to each other on different waves. You have to interpret it in a confusing way. In conclusion, there are some points of frustration. But overall, I'm still impressed.

There is not enough parking. Carry your luggage and help yourself. The parking lot is narrow. Check-in is on the 2nd floor. The staff speaks well but their faces do not smile at all. Both check-in and check-out The park staff didn't greet me. It's not like Phitsanulok before it came up. Breakfast ok There was a Starbucks coffee for each person. The room smells musty at the chairs and The cabinet is like a person's sweat, stuck to the upholstery and furniture. Stinking, musty, sweaty, grumpy and rancid to the point of having to get up and quickly escape. But there is no mattress. The small sink holds all the wet things. The water is strong if you clean it with a Dettol wipe. With pu leather chairs and furniture, there will be no smell.

The rooms are a little expensive. The bathroom layout is not very good. But it's clean and the service is very good.Impressed with the view, staff, and the breakfast line is too small compared to the price. But the food is very delicious. Had dinner and cake as well. Every menu was delicious (steamed fish, mushroom cream soup, orange fish, coconut cake).
