Delicious food, clean, good service

This is the best value for money hotel in Phayao. It's located next to biggest shopping Plaza in the city. It takes around 5 minutes to get to the city center by car or motorbike.The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean.The Thai style breakfast was included and very tasty. There's also fridge with snacks, soft drinks and beer available to purchase and the prices are normal.I would like to thank especially to the receptionist named Yo. If not his outstanding service I wouldn't probably stayed that long at this place but he along with all the staff members made me feel welcomed and like at home. Always greeting me with smile and always happy to help me with my requests. Thank you Yo! You're credit to this business.

Personally, I think it's good.🚰 The bathroom is moderately clean, the water is strong, there is no ventilation system, causing the smell to sometimes disturb the living zone. There is a sign at the entrance saying drive slowly and be careful.🚘 Enough parking🍳 Breakfast is a self-cooked buffet with steamed rice, fried rice, 2 types of Thai rice, fried eggs, toast, jam, orange juice, and an automatic tea and coffee dispenser with many menus. Open from 7-10 a.m.🍭 There is a cold drink vending machine on the 1st floor, open at certain times.🫖 There is a hot/cold water dispenser that you can drink for free on the 1st floor. The hotel should change the water/clean it every day because if it's not clean enough, it may cause the customer to have diarrhea.🧸 Modern design school, spacious rooms💻 wifi works well👩 The employees are humble and friendly.⏰️ Late check-out The school will start charging an additional fee starting at 13.00, 100 baht per hour. If it is more than 16.00, the full amount will be charged for 1 night.🙂 Personally, I have stayed here many times. I like to stay on the 4th floor > 5th floor. Overall, I think it's worth it. The room is spacious, fully furnished, and has breakfast. Some buildings are dilapidated but that doesn't matter if they are kept hygienic, safe and clean.
